1st time for Marco's pizza. I heard they had a buy one, get one free on Tuesday, so I thought this would be a good time to try it. I called ahead to see how to get the BOGO when ordering online. The employee said it would automatically adjust - but it doesn't. I googled for a promo code and came up with MBOGO, which worked. Pizza ordered. Arrived at their parking lot within 15 minutes. Let them know I was there on the app, and 5 minutes later my pizza was brought out...

They do not follow directions. I ask for well done extra bake, they don’t follow directive. I PAY for extra toppings and cheese and get regular pizza. Really pissed i paid for extras I did not receive and this happened more than once at opening and at night. I hate this location. Now i have to drive miles away to a different location that is competent

I want to say thank you Domino's pizza. No, I am not confused. 😆 My family tried to order from Domino's on line, but we were having problems ordering our pizza. I called the store and TRIED to ask for help, but I guess I was not ordering quick enough, and I was told by the assistant manager to either order my pizza or go somewhere else. So that's exactly what we did. We ordered from Marco's Pizza in Garland, Texas...
