The tortilla chips were old, it looked like they were reheated in oil they were soggy, I ordered pan con pollo and the chicken was so hard you will need a steak knife to cut it. After arguing with the waitress and her boss, they decided to give me a chicken from the tamales, so my 5 year old can eat the chicken. I will never come back to this place, bad food, bad service very disappointed.

I went about a month ago, for 6 pupusas it took more than an hour, they were rice but they had nothing, no cheese, the pure dough and apart from the glasses where they give you the drink are in a bad state, the one that gave me the Waitress was broke from the top. The service was super bad, I won't eat at this place again.

This was the worst place you could go for pupusas. I’m a Hispanic and they charged me 2 dollars for a fountain water then later said it was my fault. They also refused to give me a to go plate and a spoon…… Don't come here

Ordered dinner here and came home missing multiple pupusas and two were not what they were supposed to be. On top of that ordered ahead and still had to wait a while. Ridiculous honestly, how can a simple order be done so wrong, 0/5 of I could, never again, and let me not forget it smelled like dirty sweaty towel in there, don’t come here!

I do not recommend eating in this place, the food is served cold and burnt, the pupusas are raw ??Everything is horrible and apart from the fact that the food is not served, they charge you as if it were a top-notch restaurant. If the food is delicious, it doesn't matter to pay whatever it is. but in this place nothing is useful other than that they take a long time to bring you the food nor do they charge you that in Olive Garden
Delicious food, but be warned they do take a little long on preparing the food, but it's so worth it! Plato Tipico is hands down by far the best! And their Guatemalan agua de horchata is DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS!

i went today and they took almost an hour to give me two pupusas to dine in ! on top of that they gave me the wrong pupusas this is the second time they do this they fix it them right away but the pupusas didn’t taste that good tbh ! the amount of waiting isn’t worth the food !! never going here
