Everything was pretty much a normal McDonaldâs trip, minus the sprite which could barely be called sparkling water. Check yalls sodas guys. Itâs super frustrating to come to McDonaldâs for that crispy sprite only to be drinking static instead.

Me and my boyfriend drove up to the drive thru window and Tamika already had an attitude and asked us rudely DoorDash or mobile order. We proceeded to explain it was a pick up. Tamika then said with an attitude again DoorDash or mobile order. My boyfriend answered again. She then talked over me and asked for mobile code. My boyfriend then asked her to please not have an attitude with me. She then slammed the drive thru window and flicked us off and didnt take our order. The manager on duty handled my boyfriends complaint well and gave him the order. But whenever we got home the food was thrown in the bag and disorganized I am a consistent customer and I have never dealt with customer service so rude.

Half of my ingredients were missing on my Big Mac! Once I got across town I realized my sandwich was missing half of the ingredients. It was too late to turn around and go back because I did not have time. I called the store and could not get an answer. I finally gave up but this is what I got. Normally my service there is great

Honestly I can understand when staff if having a bad day but thereâs a HUGE difference in having a bad day but being rude is another thing. they got the order wrong okay no problem it happens but when asking if they can fix it they kept the window closed we waited before we honked the horn because they guy at the window kept acting like we were not there then younger manager comes in and we told him âthe fries were not a basket it was less than fullâ the manager said âa basket is two medium friesâ we said âoh okay, can we still get it fixed â obviously not trying to argue over food but thatâs not two medium bags managers response was âdamnâ nothing else just âdamnâ we ending up saying âno not to be rude but can we please fix thisâ he took it fixed it we were missing the drink so we came back went inside got it fixed his staffed asked him for more cleaning supplies he looked at his staff like it was a stupid question and grunted. My problem didnât start with the food missing or wrong it started when the manager was very unwilling to work which shows his staff that itâs perfectly okay to sit there and do the same. this will only cause more bad reviews and bad energy in the work place

Management sucks at coordinating their staff. Service sucks, staff can be rude at times and often times customers are left discouraged or upset so it's just better to eat somewhere else. Take my word for it don't give this place your money.
