I never come here at 9pm but today was odd. The lady taking orders was so unhappy, she was rude while I was ordering, as if she didn't want to work. I ordered 3 happy meals for my kids then all I wanted was a spicy mcchicken meal it comes with fries and a drink, she was putting something different and when i tried to correct her she said "maam thats just how it goes" she was huffing and puffing the whole time while I was ordering, it was rough. I said, never mind ill order inside. I went in and asked for a manager, he was there and looked at me and saigh ugh no tell "other manager" to go... im front of me! Lol, I dont usually have bad experiences at this location, but this was the most rude experience ive ever witnessed and I work in customer service myself. I told the other manager, i think it was a supervisor, I dont want to give trouble, I just want you to know the lady taking orders at the drive through is huffing and puffing it sounds like she doesnt want to work. And went about my business, ordered, got my food, and left. I had to share, do better. Some of us work a long day and just want to go get a meal and go home and to deal with this kind of customer service was appalling.

Please, I need you to let customers know that they can't go through an online order 24/7 and they told me that I had to cancel it because it's closed.
