The guy working the drive-through looked exhausted while taking orders. He had to raise his voice 😏😏😏because the customer was struggling to order. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean everyone else is. Please let him take a break before putting him back to work.

You may be treated like a king or queen at home by your parents, but at work, professionalism matters.

You need to hire people who build the business, not those who destroy teamwork.

I stopped by this McDonald’s around 5:45 PM to pick up a mobile order, and the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as I stepped one foot in the door, the shift leader/manager on duty rushed toward me from behind the counter and immediately asked if I was picking up an order. I barely had a chance to enter the building.

Her behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive and prejudiced. She watched me the entire time as if I didn’t belong there—despite me being clearly dressed in all black with gloves, my face fully visible, and a sweatshirt with bright lettering. I gave her the customer name twice, and she still demanded to see my phone for “the spelling,” even though the name was extremely common with only a single initial.

I have picked up food from countless restaurants McDonald’s and otherwise
and I have never been treated in such a manner. This was poor customer service and completely unacceptable for someone working with the public. I hope management addresses this so customers and delivery drivers can feel respected, not profiled.

Went inside because the drive thru was packed. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes because the guy who made my food forgot about it and still cleared it off the screen. After finally getting someone's attention, they got my food out. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just slap my food together and go. Last time I'll be going to this location.

I went in through the drive thru. A man took my order. It was a mobile order.
Once I got to the window a nasty nasty nasty lady said “oh he wasn’t supposed to take your order”
Asked for my order code.
Then closed the window.

(So I was okay cool she put me in the system. There’s about 10 cars behind me since the line was along.)

Then opens the window back up and says.
“I don’t see your order”
And closes it again.

Opens it back up and says “WHAT”

Like ummmm??

“You have to get at the end of the line your order isn’t here.”

So then I TOLD HER TO CANCEL IT!
I’m not going in the 20 minute line again!
She must have been on something for being so crazy! At 8am in the morning!

Suddenly she can clearly see my order!!!
She cancels my order and it still showed on the app 💀
What happened to “I have no order”

Corporate needs to look into this location. Sounds like she is making excuses to cancel people order to not work.
A nasty nasty nasty lady.

How can you say there was no order.
But you were able to cancel it đŸ€Ą
Here is the plot twist!

She didn’t cancel! She pushed that I RECEIVED IT! đŸ€Ą

So now I got charged!
And received nothing!
If y’all don’t want somebody else, taking orders on the drive-through . THEN DON’T HAVE SOMEBODY ELSE TAKING ORDERS.!!
How was that my issue ???

Caitlin was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun — even jumped in on the Trend 6-7 with us at our table! Super friendly, great energy, and just made the whole experience better. Definitely one of the best parts of our visit!

Drive thru staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and in which I returned the favor. No need to have an attitude when someone pulls forward. If the customer says thank you have a nice day don’t slam the window as if kindness wasn’t just extended.

There’s always something wrong with this location. Food never hot, they take forever and still give me cold food. I’ve door dashed here and my time keeps getting pushed back to get my food. Much rather go to the Sachse location over this one.

There's always some issue at this location I had placed a mobile order for 3 sandwiches and 2 pies and I was only given 1 sandwich and I had to go back for the rest of my order only to figure out they gave someone else my order and when they remade it they forgot my pies and sauces I didn't even bother coming back again for a 3rd time
