It was close to 7pm today when I came to pick up an order. This young man with hazel eyes with dark skin and dark curly hair gave me a hard time. I couldnt catch his name. I work for Door Dash and I was trying to scan the order for a pick up. I am deaf and mute, I tried to communicate with him and he ignored me. I had to repeat myself showing him the pick up order. He refused to hand over the bag for me to scan it. He kept it out of reach away from the counter and I couldn't scan it. I am required to scan the order to confirm pick ups. I got upset and reached over to grab the bag to scan it. He finally let it go. He needs to treat customers and people with disabilities better. Do you let employees ignore people who needs assistance?

Very poor customer service! This is the closest McDonald's to my home and kids school and they love this place. Multiple times I have gone to this particular one and the customer service is just horrible and they don't get order correct!
