I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Coke and large fries with no salt. I was told to pull forward to slot #1. I waited for 8 minutes before I went in to inquire about my small order. A gentleman asked me if I needed help. I told him my dilemma. He told the crew that I was waiting on fries with no salt. I still stood there for another 4-5 minutes. Finally a female crew member approached me to say that it would be another 5 minutes. Well of course I couldn't wait. I had already lost 15 minutes of my life that I would never get back. I agreed to take regular fries...they were cold and the nuggets were like small bricks.Definitely a HORRIBLE experience!

So I live around the block of this location and I understand people make mistakes... but yes but I was very specific with my order. I only have 30 minutes for lunch. So i order down to the ketch and up. Well didn't get what I ordered or paid for at all. I ordered double quarter pounder, fresh fries and large diet dr.peper no ice with a filled fish only add lettuce no cheese. Well I received 2 Fillet fish with cheese, while wait in lane 2 for my food. I asked should have checked but would have been late. I tried calling but no go.... I went back and 1st window the girl was texting to busy to notice me. The manager fixed it, well only received a quarter pounder not double and a pie and I don't like there pies at all. I would have been happier to get what I ordered and paid for, service is no longer a priority to anyone. I can take your money and give you what I want. Fat girl out

Very nasty & careless branch. My bfast came moldy and it's large enough to be noticed so the person preparing this definitely didn't care about the health & safety of their paying customer.Will show these pics everywhere so no one thinks twice about this location.had to throw away immediately.

More than 15 minutes waiting for place my order with a baby in hands and anybody come, same every time i come this place, even banned from the app because i complain last time when I ordered and the food never arrived, although I was waiting 45 minutes, I went to the checkout and the manager reluctantly returned my money horrible place, terrible manager and employees

If I could give them a zero, I would. Esxpensive food, miniature sandwiches, and half way filled fries. I never have a wn going to this location. They always miss me off. Too ridiculous to even get it right on accident. Nonchalant staff and managers. Calling to complain will never do any good. Neither will the survey. I'm so sick of this sorry location! They are absolutely too sorry to care. Why even show up for work? Don't blame it on the school kids. This is a day time order, and school is in session! I need someone to start giving a .....what what!!!!
