I had such a wonderful experience at this location today. I always request fresh fries and nuggets and don’t mind the wait. Annabell didn’t make me feel bad for asking and made sure that she double checked with everyone in the kitchen to be sure I got everything hot and fresh out of the fryer! Claudia, her manager, commended her for a job well done when I thanked her for the wonderful service today. She made sure that I knew it was because of Annabell and complimented her while I was still there. That, to me, shows exceptional management of her team! It’s so hard to find good service anywhere these days and I have to commend everybody at this location for my wonderful experience today!

Most of the time, I get food through Uber Eats, but I wanted to say that recently, the holiday pies I received had very little filling in them. They were nearly entirely crust - tasty, but not how they should be. Also, last night, they had no Strawberry Banana smoothies or shakes. They did substitute frappes.

I'm so happy with the new remodeling they did so much space then it was before . Looks brand new and very clean enough tables for small family or a big family they even check up on you if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I recommend it 😉 5 stars for me .
I ordered a mccrispy couched chicken sandwich and started to feel bad afterwards. I threw up that food about 2 hours afterwards. I will never eat here again

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-through today. The employee taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive toward my husband because of his accent. We clearly said “fries” several times, but she kept asking “Sprite or fries?” and then sarcastically repeated, “This is why I’m asking — French fries or Sprite!”
When we got to the window, she said “Papas, yes,” in Spanish and immediately closed the window. Mind you, she wasn’t even Hispanic — so why say “papas yes,” as if we don’t understand English? That kind of behavior was unnecessary, unprofessional, and came across as discriminatory and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, when we finally got our food, it was cold. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and to receive their order served properly. I really hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service and sensitivity training for their employees.
