Came out from a 13 hour shift for some quick fast meal, while giving my order he decided to keep playing around with his other coworkers and missed part of our order, went up and still waited 20 minutes with no other people in the line waiting for our food as they are clearly playing around inside and taking their time, when we told him that there were a couple of things missing they refused to correct it and instead proceeded to still charge for the missing items

This morning I bought 10 burritos and I think they had them from a day before and they only heated them, the ends were hard, horrible experience, I ordered a mocha frappe and they always say that the machine has not been cleaned, I ordered a soda and 75% of the glass was ice, I felt scammed this morning. I hope they improve

Very bad service, they do not prepare the orders well, they did not put cheese and bacon and they changed it and then they did not put tomatoes and then they charged me again and the manager's attention was very bad and rude. Very bad service I do not recommend going to eat there

From missing food to machines not working, this McDonald's going down hill... I ordered a latte through the app, got to the drive thru and the machine is broken and I didn't get my money back. I emailed corporate about 6 times and never received a solution. We are done with this McDonald's.

We ordered our food and had to repeat myself several different times because the young man could not get it right. Then after that frustration. We had to sit there for 35 minutes while the employee in the Drive-Thru window socialized with the car at the window. As we set in line they continue to laugh and giggle while cars were wrapped completely around the building. We received our order food quality was very poor food was cold!!! It seems like there is always something wrong with their drink machines at this location. They only had two types of drinks to choose from . I said something to the employee about how long it took showed no kinds of concern no apologies at all. This is not a social hangout this is a place of business it is also a fast food restaurant food should not take that long to receive!!

Not sure what’s going on with the chicken nuggets lately but they have been way over cooked. Hopefully management can fix the food quality issue that has been going on. We are regulars here but will be going elsewhere until the problem is fixed.
