This McD location uses their self-order kiosks - I guess you may also use their phone app - so there is no cashier at the counter. Once you order you take a number placard and place it where you would like to sit (if you are dining in). Once your order is ready they will bring it out to you at your table (including a tray of condiments for you to choose from if desired). I liked the freshly-made Quarter Pounder with cheese and the hot tasty fries.

Worst service!!taking order online did payment but while time of receiving my food the guy said breakfast is not available!
The customer service guy also talked badly.

I must say I have given this location multiple chances and they always fail. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel. Got to the window to pay and my receipt said "bacon, egg, and cheese. The women who i am assuming is the manager had a bad attitude. I was willing to pay the difference. I wish the transaction was recorded so you could me say my order but your employee typed it in wrong.

I don't often give McDonald's a 5 star, but this might actually be the best run McDonald's in Dallas county. My foods pretty much always as expected when I come here for lunch. My ingredients are properly spread on the burger, not stacked up in odd layers, I rarely get less than hot fries. And I rarely wait long to be helped or get my food. Staff has always been cordial and friendly.

Three different times food had been left out of my order. No mayonnaise packets but want to charge .29 to add it to the burger in the kitchen, strange. Also, I've never had to pay for mayonnaise at any other McDonald's or restaurant before. We will stick to my Rowlett McDonald's.

When you call, they let it ring until they recorder asked for a remote access call! Horrible customer service!
Order chicken sandwich without mayonnaise requested mustard instead because I’m allergic to mayonnaise. Guess what it has extra mayonnaise on it. What is wrong with McDonald’s! This is second time at this location. My question is since I’m allergic and now I’m having a reaction. Hello I could die from this. Yet no one answers the phone . I don’t recommend anything from McDonald’s. This one in particular can’t even get your order right they’re trying to kill you here.

They are always rude at this location. Money taker never says thank you, nor does the person who hands you the food. No napkins for a whole bag of food. If you ask for a sauce, you won’t get it. Last time, they told me to pull forward to the “wait” spot. I waited for 20 minutes. Find another location.

This McDonald's has poor customer service. Every time I come the machine doesn't work and I put in a code and the machines go blank and then I can't use my code anymore and then no one is ever helpful at the counter when this happens and this has happened multiple times. And the workers here do not care. Do not troubleshoot as well. Choose another McDonald's to go to.
