I ordered the 4C McCrispy Deluxe meal with sweet tea. In hindsight, the tea was NOT sweet and tasted as if it had been sitting awhile. I asked the cashier if the lettuce was fresh and he lied saying yes. My sandwich had old wilted lettuce with minimal sauce on my bread. The chicken patty had a bland taste as well. Drive-thru is supposed to be a convenience for those of us enroute to work who sometimes are unable to leave once we're there. This location dropped the ball in this area. I won't be patronizing this chain for another long time.

When I drive-thru today to get breakfast, the employees messed up my order, and I realized the order was wrong and I called the restaurant, but the employee I talked to was rude and not helpful at all. Please give your employer proper training on how to do great customer service.

Hands down this has to be the best McDonald's in all of Dallas. I work nearby and I always come here for breakfast and sometimes when I get off and the food is always fresh they always get my order correct they always give me condiments and napkins and they're very polite. Good job everyone give these people raises they know exactly how to satisfy their customers!
You need to have real live people to take your order. What happened to customer service at McDonald’s. When will I get my paycheck and w2 for working for you!!!! This is why you guys can’t compete with Chick-fil-A. They know how to treat their guests!!!!

Every time I customize an order on the app, like asking for no pickles or extra onions, I either end up with extra pickles, or no onions at all. It seems like their employees don’t even read the order and just slap together whatever they feel like and hand it to you.
