I watched the young lady add more ice cause the drink wasn't full, I knock on the window and let her know I don't need that much ice she take the top and knocks off the few pieces off the top and then turns her back towards me. I chose not to act the way she did but I'm big on reviews, she needs to find another job quickly. I was in drive thru 3:47pm and she was at the last window.

Drive thru is a nightmare!! Sit in line for 20 minutes plus no matter the time of day!! Order is ALWAYS wrong!
Good luck!! I live 5 minutes away and weekly I place an order thru the app then I stop by to pick it up and they ALWAYS screw up my order then I have to wait long periods of time for the missing items and by then the rest of the food is cold then when you use the drive thru they ALWAYS MAKE SLOPPY FOOD and NEVER give you napkins or condiments it’s always hit or miss but you would think management would say something or do something but they don’t so you just have to deal with it or go to another location

I'm not sure what's been going on recently. The food is always old, I haven't gotten fresh food the last few times I've been there. They always forget the sauce no matter if I come breakfast or lunch. Today my bread was burnt on the inside and the outside of the bottom bun. The people are very nice in drive thru. They should just slow down and make sure they are serving quality food.
