I went through the drive-thru at this location to get a medium hot mocha, use the app which was $2 off, they punched in the code and it did not take off the $2. I told the cashier and they just said "well that's how it is". When I got to the window I spoke with the manager who was rude and basically told me "sometimes the app works and sometimes it don't". She then got angry and said I will just give you back your $2. She went and got $2 cash walked to the window turned sideways and stuck her arm out and turned her head the other way. I would highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's at all cost. The mocha itself was not even hot, lukewarm at best and had no mocha flavor to it. Rude employees! And sorry sorry quality of food!

the worst customer service ever, the manager on 04/02/24 at 3;50pm,a skinny a55 redneck manager, the most un-educated miserable person as a supervisor ,a thief, they charge me on my debit card for the food and even with proof of charge on my phone app , she refused to provide the purchased product or reimburse the money cause the kiosk is not printing receipts cause lack of paper on it, on my part she can kept the money cause it is the only way she can have more money since she cant work fulltime as a pr0stitute-now a thief.

I've pretty much stopped going to this location atleast early in the morning.even though the mcdonalds app gives you the option of ordering curbside pickup,the employees refuse to bring it out to your car.and,won't unlock the door on the side that the curbside pickup spots are on.i waited outside for almost half an hour before I finally had enough and walked up to the drive through window demanding my order.which had gone almost cold just sitting inside on the pick up counter. AND i was given no apology nor did they offer to compensate me for the time wasted.i was almost late to work because a process that should only have been 5 or 10 minutes ended up taking over 30 minutes.and then just yesterday morning I happened to stop there otw to drop off my gf before I went to work and they were serving ONLY breakfast burritos and hashbrowns. Literally 2 items.mind-blowing!

Went on a Saturday night, so it was extremely busy. Food took about 25 minutes to come out, but I did have a couple of huge orders in front of me. Much respect to the manager. She was fully engaged in handling all the issues. I could hear her keeping all the teenage workers in line. She deserves a higher position in the company.

Took 45 minutes to get our food. It was a simple order of chicken nuggets, fries and a big mac.They weren't even that busy. When speaking to the "manager" she said we just had to wait our ****@ing turn.Horrible service no one was wearing hats, most did not have on gloves.Will be contacting the health department.Oh and when we did finally get our order they forgot part of it.
