Called to place an order and decided to give them a try after many years of not ordering food from them. The man on the phone said there was no drivers so he asked me to come pick it up. I was like, I can’t because I don’t have a car at moment. So I decide to call someone else and try their Orange Chicken. It was not a good idea, the food at China Harbor is horrible compared to the Orange Chicken at Ming’s Kitchen. I will keep ordering at Ming’s Kitchen and just pick up my food.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant with my family for over 25 years — since I was just 4 years old. It’s been part of so many memories growing up, from family dinners to special occasions. The food has always been incredible, comforting, and consistent through all these years. Even though we don’t live in Garland anymore, we still make the trip because it truly feels like home. The owners are such kind, genuine people who have known our family for decades. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts — the food, the people, and the memories are simply unbeatable.

Do not eat at this place found a roach in my food
Ordered from a sweet lady who was thorough in getting the order and address correct. Took less than 5 minutes on a phone call to order for delivery. They said it would take 45 to 50 minutes. It took 32.
I got steamed dumplings, fried dumplings, an egg roll, crab rangoons, hot and sour soup, chicken lo mein, Mongolian beef and sesame chicken.
As much as I hate to say that this Americanized Chinese style food was good, it actually was. I can see where the negative reviews come from, but honestly they're unjustified. The food is cooked well, seasoned well, and not bland. It's just average. I saw one complaint about the Mongolian beef. That was actually one of the better entrees I had tonight. The reason it has so many onions is because it doesn't have noodles like the lo mein does. It's not that there isn't beef, it's the same meat to non meat ratio as the other entrees, it's just onions instead of noodles. If you want MAINLY meat then just get the sesame chicken or the orange chicken I'm sure is equally as good. The hot and sour soup was delicious and the crab rangoons had a nice crisp crunch and still warm and sweet inside. The dumplings, both fried and steamed, were bomb. The sauces were typical. There's nothing I could complain about this restaurant. It's just average. Find something you do like here, and I'm sure you'll end up coming back. It's cheap, they deliver if you're nearby, and above all they are friendly!
At the end of the day, what matters is making sure everyone is full. If you're feeding a family, I'd recommend here

Ming’s has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a child. I especially love the sesame chicken and beef with broccoli, they're always delicious. The staff is consistently kind and friendly to everyone, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend visiting! It’s always a welcoming and enjoyable place.
