Panda Express

I enjoy coming to this Panda Express vs the one in Murphy because this one has Black Pepper Chicken. But as I was finishing my plate at home, there was a small hair stuck to the inside of my to-go plate, it was covered up by the Chow Mein. I'm now thoroughly grossed out and won't be back for a while 🤮

Always busy

Stood in line with 5 others and watched the staff for 10+ minutes work on online orders ignoring us. Serve the people Infront of you first. Just basic customer service.

Very slow service! Ordered ahead of time online still had to wait for a long time to get a small order. The staff is nice and was trying hard to get people served but they were clearly understaffed.

This location has zero customer service skills. Manager is rude and unable to understand what I was asking for. Wanted to overcharge me for a very small portion of orange chicken. Will never come back. I had to go to the one at FM 544, they got me what I wanted!

I ordered through uber eats at 4:22pm it’s currently 5:22pm and my order still isn’t ready. They don’t have a phone you can call. Honestly worst customer service ever. Especially because I can’t do anything about it. I’ve had 3 different drivers show up there and there still not done. I know it doesn’t take an hour to make orange chicken.

I travel alot and panda express is one of my favorite food places. this location did not disappoint. I was in and out in under 8 min the food taste fresh not old or dried out. and they give you what you pay for lol I couldn't eat it all. definitely remembering this location when I'm back in th area.

I DID A ONLINE ORDER THEY GOT IT WRONG. WHEN I ASKED COULD THEY FIX IT. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE RECIEPT THE LADY AT THE COUNTER TOLD ME NO. AS SHE PICKED UP HER PHONE.

Thus location staff was very aggressive not like other polite manner and clean . Thus location. Staff really nasty since I’m clerk work for department hearth if dfw . Got the small beef and broccoli for dinner. Ordered online. The meat to broccoli ratio is pathetic. Got about 3 tiny pieces of meat and the rest of the box filled with broccoli.
