Sadly not a good experience. We did drive thru and our order was not complete. We didn't find out until many miles away. Always check your bag before you drive away, because the staff certainly doesn't.
We tried to call the number listed, there is a pleasant voice in an automated system that just hangs up on you.
Can't really comment about the food we didn't get to eat.

Experience was decent, food was fresh and hot, my complain is really about how the cashier at the register by the name of Janet forgot to give me my receipt and according to the headline on the register, if the cashier doesn't give said receipt at the end of the transaction, while still at the register, the plate and drink are then refunded. How are people expected to respond when it's being advertised at the registered. She was done with my transaction and began to fiddle with the ipad beside the register. I reminded her to give me my receipt which she then then. A technicality yes, but an honest one at that. She took a minute to talk to Samuel, he really wasn't sure either, when I inquired about where I could get more information, Samuel said I could probably find it on the Panda website after claiming that I still received it so they weren't able to give me a refund and that what was advertised is similar to the cashier crushing and trashing my receipt. Nonetheless, I still ate it, but was left with the impression that lack of training is the root behind this. The event took place at 6:34 p.m. I don't mean to be petty, but if they're not going to abide by this, they should probably take it down due to false advertising. Janet then kept serving and after our incident she then started giving people their receipts.

I ordered on the app and when i got there to pick up my food the young lady that brought my food didn't think it was mine.i told her my name and i placed the order on the app.she still didn't want to hand me my food i already paid for.she grabbed my plate back and said whats the name again,i told her,then she said then whats the last name?i almost left it there amd asked for a refund

I placed an order threw the app but accidentally but pick up when it should've been for delivery, I called the store 18 times to let them know about the mistake but they never answered the phone that was very disappointing because the phone was never answered, so I placed a 2nd order for delivery and when my family received the food it was cold and orange chicken was dry that's my kid's favorite orange chicken but kiddos were disappointed because it was dry and kinda hard.

I really like panda but for some reason when I come to this location, the portions are always smaller, and the chow mein has very little noodles and has more soggy lettuce and cabbage

When I want Asian food, Panda Express is usually my first consideration. I particularly enjoy visiting this location because it’s always pretty clean, the food is always fresh, and hot. The staff here are friendly, pleasant and polite.
