Went in today through the drive through and had to come back due to an issue with my order. Manager Chris handled it VERY well, he was kind and apologetic. I was upset with my order but I can still recognize that the staff was very kind and helpful!
The food was, l love Panda Express. However I was left waiting after everyone else in line was served. It was like there was no one else there. I was a little shocked this was actually happening but it did. Blame the people.... Humans! What do ya do with them🫤
Experience was decent, food was fresh and hot, my complain is really about how the cashier at the register by the name of Janet forgot to give me my receipt and according to the headline on the register, if the cashier doesn't give said receipt at the end of the transaction, while still at the register, the plate and drink are then refunded.
