Ordered 2 large pizzas and I have to say it is the worst ever. I order extra cheese amd extra toppings. And nothing was extra about it. A few slices from both pizzas barely even had sauce or even cheese mind you with NO toppings on those few slices from each of the 2 pizzas I ordered. We haven't order in a while from papa johns decided let's give it another shot. Well definitely a waste of my money. Retrain your employees and do better.

I have never liked papa John's! I know where the sauce comes from. I gave it a shot with the max topping deal. Crust is trash. I will never order papa John's again. Deal or not! TRASH!

Amazing customer service! I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks for a friend who recently got out of the hospital. A different friend said she would pick the pizza up so she could take along salad and a dessert to our friend. Unfortunately, this friend was confused about the day and wound up not being able to pick up the pizza. She only realized her mistake and let me know ten minutes prior to the pick-up time. I hurriedly called the store and asked if I could change the order to delivery, explaining a bit of what happened to the man who answered. He told me that he would change it to delivery. When I asked about paying the difference, he said not to worry… that he would take care of it. He seemed genuinely concerned and was so empathetic towards the situation. The pizza was quickly delivered and he threw in a soda! What a kind man who went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

The Garland Texas location is the worst place to order a pizza from online...I have experienced 2 incidents of having my card charged twice or incorrectly. I called and I was directed to call my bank, but the charges actually were charged from that location. Be aware of credit card and debit card transactions when placing an order from this location. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Ordered delivery and the driver left the food on the ground, next to our trash bin, without so much as a courtesy knock. Did a follow up survey, was told I would receive a credit to my account. Nope. I didn't. Won't be eating at this particular papa johns anymore.
