This is my third bad experience at this Pei Wei. No greeting, rude manager, and terrible customer service. I ordered two simple items, was the only person dining in, and still waited 20 minutes — my food had been sitting ready the whole time while employees walked past me.
The bathroom was filthy, the restaurant was dirty, and staff seemed careless. Other Pei Wei locations are clean, efficient, and welcoming — this one needs new management and a serious overhaul.

Pei-Wei Asian Kitchen at the Fire Wheel in Garland, Texas is horrible when it comes to customer service and food prep. My wife and I ordered fire cracker chicken with Lo Mein and got home and the noodles were super dry. Took it back to let them redo and the muscle head dude got attitude. All he did was put food back in the skillet and reheated, gave it back soggy with rubbery chicken. Also reheated my crab wontons when I ask for fresh. I will never go back to this location. It’s Rockwall only for me!
