Pho Bamboo Restaurant

We love Pho bamboo! So fresh and delicious… We go so often that each of the servers know our orders!

Place isn’t open anymore, went to restaurant. Had a sign on the door. Something about landlord locked them out due to rent.

The grilled pork was delicious! Pho broth had great flavor. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were huge.

Their food is great, and the people saying they had roaches well FYI there’s roaches in every restaurant(u just don’t see them)and rats and god knows what else, the food here is great, hopefully they take care of the roaches and reopen soon,

Pho Bamboo restaurant serves delicious Vietnamese food. Their pho soup is tasty, with yummy broth and noodles. The place feels cozy and the staff are friendly. It's a great spot for anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine!

We live in Mesquite Texas that is a pho desert desert. So I asked on Next Door where can you find Pho in Mesquite. I received a lot of responses but of basically three or four places and two of them were not even in Mesquite. One was a Thai place in Forney and then the other was pho bamboo in Garland. There is a couple of nice comments on how good there's was. We had been going to Vietnam restaurant near downtown Dallas which is really good but we're looking somewhere more local. So we went and gave it a try. We were very pleased with their Pho as it was hearty, loaded with noodles, meats and vegetables. The broth was as good as we had ever experienced. The meat ball and beef was flavorful. My personal opinion was that it was one of the best ever. My wife liked but she is a chicken Pho person and said it was good but she has had better lol. I think she's always going to say that. It was a little drive there From our house in Mesquite But not too bad. We're trying to eat healthier with better choices. This restaurant was one of the better choices so we will be back soon. I tried to see if doordash or GrubHub would deliver that far but they weren't on their menu.

They did not have any stir fried or fried rice platters.

This used to be my favorite pho spot ?butttttt the previous review was correct the health inspector closed them down as of May 13, 2024 for roaches. Diner Beware

THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZORD. DO NOT EAT HERE. THE HEALTH DEPT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THIS PLACE FOR SERVING FOOD LIKE THIS.

Today is Mother's Day and all I wanted to do was eat some Pho. It was recommended to eat here because they had the best Pho. So we went to try it out since we never been. Upon arrival the staff was attentive. Quick with taking our order.

As we are waiting for our food to come out we saw GERMAN ROACHES. We sat at the booths so it was on the back top area of the seat, on the wall by the table, and on another wall. Before our food came out we canceled our order and paid for the drinks and left.

I wish I had really looked at the reviews. Just 5 months ago someone also complained of roaches and they did nothing!

Great spot for fresh and flavorful meals. My go to is the pork & egg roll vermicelli. I've had the chicken pho and it is amazing as well! The veggies are always fresh, the noodles are perfectly cooked and the egg rolls are always hot! The service is good and quick as well! If you're looking for fresh Vietnamese in South Garland, this is your spot!

Parking: Part of a multi shopping center so plenty of parking

Definitely one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in Garland. Been here a couple times so we’re able to try the pho, rice plates and bun bo hue. All delicious and you can’t go wrong with any of them. This is our go to Vietnamese restaurant in
