Worst experience ever! As we were eating a giant roach crawled up beside my daughter. She ran and the waitress just killed it with a napkin. I asked for a discount at least. She said no (barely spoke English). Still charged us. It wasn't even worth the fight. I was disgusted and just wanted to vomit ?. Also it was karaoke night the music was extremely loud.

The place says closing at 1 am. We came at 11:00 pm after my friend got out of work. Right before we walked in, the girl came out and locked the door without saying anything.
This place is extremely unprofessional... rather unpleasant and made me very uncomfortable. This place is not kid friendly at all, it is not a restaurant, it is more of a bar. Their customer service and service regulations are horrid. Walked in and the server asked me if I'm okay with people smoking indoors. It does not say that anywhere on the store. Also, the customers in here are bad drinks, screaming loudly, they will smoke their cigarettes next to you, and talk loudly about weird things. Will not come back. Not kid friendly. Reeks fo cigarettes. No doors open at all. 0/5 Also to mention, server did not check on us. Been ten minutes and our drinks aren't here.

I love my pho. N I called before hand to ask if they were open and they said they were open til 11:30 and I asked if they had edemame. Pho and edamame were the food I wanted. Not even two minutes after calling because I was on my way already, I came in before 11 and the woman says their not serving food, only fried rice while people were SMOKING inside the restaurant, while they had their karaoke night. Which I love karaoke, I believe the service could've been better with them letting me know before i got there that they weren't serving food.
