I have spent a lot of money at this location... Going to miss my sweet driver he was my buddy.. but whoever is there today cooking, and calling customers numbers back.. with this rude attitude... She must don't know... I want spend another dime there .. I know how to cook..

They left toppings off my pizza and then claimed they forgot when I called back and offered no resolution other than "Oh I forgot." Then when I asked for a refund they left me on hold for 10 minutes and had to drive the food back. If you still want to get food from there check it before you leave because they are incompetent and you have to do their job for them. And yes if management want to speak to I would love to tell you about your employee LESLIE who took the call.

I would also like for the General Manager from the store to contact me!! ? I placed an online order for my sister at her local Pizza Hut around 9:30 pm. Per the confirmation email, I should receive my order by 10:10pm. After about 10:15pm, I began to call my local store and no one is answering..so about 15 mins later I get a message from a door dasher advising me that my order was given to them which delayed the delivery so I didn’t get my order until 10:45 pm, over an hr later! As I approached the driver, she was very unprofessionally dressed and had children in the car who were playing with my pizza and the kids even handed me my order out of the window! I immediately took the order and drove back to Pizza Hut b/c my food was cold and not sealed for a 3rd party delivery and I was also afraid to eat it since it wasn’t secured! As I approached the Pizza Hut, I asked for a mgr, the associate ā€œmgr Sarahā€ gave me a very bad attitude, refused to allow me to speak w/a mgr, started cursing at me and even refused me a refund. Sarah then called her mgr ā€œGerasonā€ and according to her, told her to take these actions towards me, even refusing my service. After things escalated, police were called as a result of a lie being told by said manager ā€œSarahā€ because she told the police that I refused to leave the premises only because I asked for a refund AND my order to be remade. Police arrived and wrote me a citation because of falsified information and stated that I had to handle the matter civilly because this is now civil matter. This by far is the worst experience that I’ve ever had to deal with and I order Pizza Hut ALL THE TIME but going forward, Domino’s it is!! ?
