I recently visited this Pizza Hut location, and I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by what I witnessed in the kitchen. The cook was preparing pizzas without wearing gloves, handling toppings with bare hands, pulling up his pants and touching various other items in the kitchen before returning to the food. This blatant disregard for proper hygiene practices is completely unacceptable, especially in a food service setting.
I was so disgusted that I have genuine concern for whoever eats there. Food safety and cleanliness should always be a top priority and what I saw left me with serious concerns about the standards at this location. I hope management addresses this issue immediately and enforces strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

I moved to USA 2 years ago and never felt racism ever. This is the first time I did so. The guy on the counter was disrespectful. When asked how long it will take for the order to be ready, he replied ā it dont come in a canā. I mean who tells that. My wife & I order the Big Meal Deal because she likes a different style of Pizza than me. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with green bell peppers & mushrooms. My pizza barely had any sauce on it & was basically a breadstick pie with toppings. My wife ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza with Pineapples & she said that she got sauce but the pan crust tasted horrible, go figure ??āāļøā¦.. We also got Honey BBQ Wings with the āso called Big Meal Dealā but the Honey BBQ Wings tasted like a chemical. Needles to say we didnāt eat those. For $30 plus we were highly disappointed especially because we havenāt eaten pizza in a while & Pizza Hut was both of our go toās but the quality of what we received was disappointing to say the least. As many people that they had in the restaurant dancing & smoking vaps, they could do a better job on customer service as well. I hope this review can be a wake up call for the staff & not a negative review but I was so disappointed that I felt that this needed to be shared.

I was unable to order a pizza. I waited 45 min on the phone. While I ordered dominos. I think itās funny that there still in business.
I ordered a pizza last night at 10:30 and I kept receiving messages about delayed delivery. After an hour, my order was cancelled. I called the shop to see what the problem was and the worker said he was the only one there and they ran out of mediums so he just cancelled my order. Mind you, I ordered 2 mediums and 2 larges but instead of reaching out to me about my other two pizzasāhe cancelled my order. Iām not really sure how he was the only worker there at the time since there has to be a cook and delivery driver but this establishment needs to do better.

Wings were undercooked, breadsticks were undercooked, donut bites were overcooked...After 3 minutes they marked the order as completed for pickup. I got there and was told it would be about 10 minutes... so they are just clearing their cook times and pulling food early... about the only thing that was right was the amount of sauce on the wings. I do like such wings. But this has literally been my least favorite experience at a pizza hut that I can ever remember.I had to bag my own food, I tipped the 20% for under. AND overcooked food. Wasted my time sitting in a pizza hut with no AC in Texas for 10 minutes...needless to say I won't be going back there.Annnnnd after 4 days I'm finally back to work having been food poisoned. Way to go pizza hut!

I am done with this Pizza Hut, the first time I thought it was a fluke but now I see their service is just subpar and they don't even care, not even a sorry from ANY of their employees which made write this review. First time, after I had ordered a delivery and waited for an hour for the food, I called and they said, "well you ordered for pickup", I had my phone with me and I was looking at the phone and saw that it said delivery, I had even included a $4 tip, it was not much but I live 7 minutes from the Pizza Hut and I cannot go get it myself because I have a disability. Second time was last night when I decided I could give them a second shot, after waiting for an hour for my food, I finally call them and the guy on the phone said, "yeah my guy just left, he will be there soon" and hung up, no "Im sorry", no excuse whatsoever. Like I said, Im done with this Pizza Hut.
