So I waited for over 2 hours for a pizza that they claimed was stolen or whatever and they didn't even bother to give me a call.So when I did call and I asked for my refund. The little punk who I called first hung up on me as I was asking where my food was. I called back and got into an argument when asking for the manager. Pizza hut is done in my book. Food sucks, service sucks, this place I've gone to for yrs now sucks. With all the technology and emails.and texts they send about your food you'd think they could say hey, foods running g a bit late. I get it, sat nite, might be busy. I could do without the attitude or being hung up on looking for my food.

I wish I could give them a zero. They sent me the wrong order, wrong crust, wrong toppings, wrong everything. I called to get the correct order and the person on the phone talked me into taking store credit because the manager said they were "behind and it would be an hour before they could get to my order." I was hesitant, but reluctantly agreed. Just called for $30+ store credit and you guessed it. They have no record of it! Freaking thieves. I never should have trusted them. DO NOT TAKE STORE CREDIT FOR ANYTHING. IT'S A SCAM. PROBABLY POCKETED MY MONEY.

Cold and it's was door dash delivery he had no clue on directions and he said he had GPS pizza was awful , he was nice... just didn't know what he was doing...awful waste on $$

We had gotten a thin crust and the bottom was very white and doughy. When I called and offered to come back and get a replacement, the manager(Trey) who I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I kept asking if we could come get a replacement, he just kept saying "Bruh it's impossible for it to be uncooked" "Bruh you saw the pizza when you picked it up". I'm sorry that I didn't want to reach in and check the bottom of the pizza. Whoever is running this pizza hut needs to find better management for this location.
