I arrived to pick up my pizza approximately 1015 tonight and I didn’t even get my key out of the ignition and lights off good and a lady from Pizza Hut was bringing my pizza out to me and I did not request that. I thought Customer Service was gone in the world , but it’s not at this location on Broadway amazing Lady working today which is December 2, 2025 at 10:10 PM. I don’t know your name but you’re amazing. Nice to have the wonderful service. Thank you very much. I will be back many more times .

I haven’t even received my order yet but I just want to say, Montreal was the most wonderful customer service representative that I have experienced in years!! No exaggeration…! He was patient, considerate and precise with the details of my order…. Unlike many other restaurants, he did not rush me off the phone. He repeated my order to make sure it was correct, he answered all my questions perfectly with patience and over all… he was the nicest guy. “Please, thank you, anything else I can do for you.” All that!! Thanks Montreal, you’re going places. 👍👍👍

I'm not too sure why they have so many bad reviews. But every time I come in there, Ms. brandy and Ms. Ashley are wonderful people. They are always nice, always kind. And if I do ever have a problem, they make sure that it's fixed promptly.

If I could rate worse I would horrible service took them 1 hr and 30 min so a pizza then I called to see where’s my order is the rude manager brandy keep hanging up in my face horrible business
I ordered two medium pizzas. They gave me three medium ones and got upset when I told them the order was wrong. The manager did not know how to handle the issue professionally. I would advise staying away from the store because they need CSR training

This place stole our money and never showed up with the pizza . Called management and he said fr us to come get it but we already paid the delivery fee so why would we Then it turned into he doesn’t see it isn’t able to add any credits so he hung up. I’m calling corporate and filing a report with whoever I can Been on hold now 27 minutes to reach the store and nothing . They’re just thieves at this location They just steal Paid 29 for nothing and he thinks he just keeps it ??!! Trash location.
