This is just not okay this is not buffalo medium wings this is pop corn chicken hard and way over cooked while my pizza had pepperoni thats barely cooked I'd like a refund pizza hut!!!!!

This Pizza Hut location is trash. The food is cooked well but the service is complete GARBAGE. You can walk in and no one will acknowledge you. They’ll look at you but won’t ask “can I help you?” or “what do you need?” They just stand around. One day I pulled up to the window and 3 or 4 workers were outside. Eventually one person came in and asked me what I needed? This one is the closest to our house but I wish they’d hire new people. Good customer service is apparently a thing of the past.

I order door dash at first with extra cheese on my pizzas. Did not receive my paid for extra cheese, they already don’t put enough cheese as it is. Mind you this wasn’t the first time this happened. So I called the local Pizza Hut on broadway, and talked to a very understanding manager. And explain my issue about it, and I thought it would get resolved. Until I was sent out another order free of charge with the same issue. Now most might say, it shouldn’t matter and I received more then I paid for. But it’s all about customer service and the quality, not quantity. It’s like they don’t care how there pizza is represented. Was very much so unsatisfied with my order

The management of this location is remarkably abysmal. When ordering online, I was informed that the order would be ready for pick-up at 12:35 pm. I waited in person until 1:33 pm for my single-pizza order to be ready; the pick-up order was 58 minutes late. I do not only fault the employees present; this is a willful abdication of leadership by the franchisee or regional manager.

Ordered online for pizza delivery. Apparently they use DoorDash for delivery. It said it would take 20mins do be dropped off. After the delivery time kept increasing I finally called the DoorDasher who said the pizza had already been picked up and the employee said they would not make another one. Which doesn’t make any sense why two doordashers would be sent. I called the location where they had me on hold for almost 5mins! When they finally answered I tried to give the the employee the benefit of the doubt to explain to me what happened, she said the pizza was already on its way to me (knowing that the doordasher was still there asking for it)! This whole situation took all this almost 1hr just for the GM to later get on the phone to make me another pizza and another DoorDasher. Unacceptable never ordering from this location.

I ordered through the app for contact less pick up. Waited 15minutes, it said it was ready. I get there a waited another 15minutes behind another car, just to finally pull up a sign my receipt.. to then wait another 20minutes for my order. It feels like the ordered aren’t getting put in until arrival. What should have been a 10minute pizza run turned into a 40minute field trip. Just to finally get home to see my order is also partially wrong. I live up the street a paid in advance and waited before I came for the convenience of not having to really wait for what should have been maybe 10minutes at the most. The young lady at the window was friendly but the service is extremely poor.

Gabriella was really rude hanged up on the phone right after we asked for a refund. Because we ordered it at 6:24 p.m. Pizza hadn't even been delivered yet it was already 8:00. Was unacceptable service I will not be ordering from this place again and Gabriella was very rude.

Ordered a pizza online from this locations since its close to my home. I came to pick up my order and nothing was ready because the workers made the excuse of turning on ovens late. Still waiting in line while all of that was happening, a lady when outside to smoke. Everyone here working is absolutely unprofessional. So ghetto as well. Like why hire lazy people or lazy teenagers to work. Never again coming to this location.
