Ashley is great!! I asked for specific things for my pizza and she made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. She’s so attentive to detail and my pizza was absolutely delicious.

I came right before closing and they gave me great service. Was ready in 10 minutes. Never fails to satisfy and I didn’t even know they changed the breadsticks cut, but I love.

I'm not too sure why they have so many bad reviews. But every time I come in there, Ms. brandy and Ms. Ashley are wonderful people. They are always nice, always kind. And if I do ever have a problem, they make sure that it's fixed promptly.

If I could rate worse I would horrible service took them 1 hr and 30 min so a pizza then I called to see where’s my order is the rude manager brandy keep hanging up in my face horrible business

I ordered two medium pizzas. They gave me three medium ones and got upset when I told them the order was wrong. The manager did not know how to handle the issue professionally. I would advise staying away from the store because they need CSR training

This place stole our money and never showed up with the pizza . Called management and he said fr us to come get it but we already paid the delivery fee so why would we Then it turned into he doesn’t see it isn’t able to add any credits so he hung up. I’m calling corporate and filing a report with whoever I can Been on hold now 27 minutes to reach the store and nothing . They’re just thieves at this location They just steal Paid 29 for nothing and he thinks he just keeps it ??!! Trash location.

This is just not okay this is not buffalo medium wings this is pop corn chicken hard and way over cooked while my pizza had pepperoni thats barely cooked I'd like a refund pizza hut!!!!!

I was very disappointed because I was picking up my pizza at 3. I got there a few minutes early and both people that came to the windows acted confused about the owner. The manager came and handed it to me. I live 10 minutes away and when I got home this pizza was barely warm. I guess they made it early but didn't keep it warm. This is the second time this has happened so I need to try the other Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut location is trash. The food is cooked well but the service is complete GARBAGE. You can walk in and no one will acknowledge you. They’ll look at you but won’t ask “can I help you?” or “what do you need?” They just stand around. One day I pulled up to the window and 3 or 4 workers were outside. Eventually one person came in and asked me what I needed? This one is the closest to our house but I wish they’d hire new people. Good customer service is apparently a thing of the past.
