Pizza Patrón South First Street

I went here today 10/5/2025 customer service was bad I had ordered a sausage pizza and they put more cheese on the pizza then they did meat. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and they just placed the jalapeños on top of the pizza. I will not be going back. Customer service sucks

Worst customer service ever.if i could give zero stars i would. Don't answer phones to be able to place order. Get there and the girl says they were busy but yet when I walk in every one behind the counter are chilling. Henry the one in charge is the rudest. Very argumentative. Doesn't take responsibility and to top it off my pizza was not made as ordered. Will contact corporate as well. Overall very disappointed because I love pizza patron and drive 25 min as this is my closest location.

My first time ordering here and I got handed the wrong pizza! It’s my fault for not checking it right then and there. I called to place an order for 1 whole pepperoni and half Italian sausage. I got half pepperoni and jalapeño. I also asked if they can cut the pizza patron style and I specifically said in RECTANGLES. This is not the pizza I ordered. Very poor service

Seems like this place has been closed for the past 4 days. I call and no answer, I’ve tried ordering online and it says it’s closed then i check on google it’s shows it’s open so I go to the store and it’s closed. If it’s closed please just update your google store hours to closed.

It is now 12 o’clock this place is closed. It says it’s open from 10 to 10. I believe no one is here and the door is locked.

When the assistant manager disrespects you over the phone and then says they can’t refund you the money cash and you show up in person and does the opposite that just shows you how bad there customer service is . Never will I order from here again first and last .

After coming here for 6 years, this place is a win win. They have delicious pizza the service is okay and the atmosphere is really good. If you want some good pizza come here i totally recommend.

I ordered some pizza and some wings. If you want a little chicken with your grease, then get your wings from here because the wings are swimming in grease. The pizza is okay but none of it was cut through, we had to cut it as there were basically just lines across the pizza where they attempted to cut it.

They never serve, those employees are rubbish, if they don't want to work, they shouldn't do it.

Came in at 10:52pm, they told me It was too late to order, I tought they close at 11:00pm, won't come back to this location
