Let me start out by saying each time I visited one of your restaurants I've always had a good experience up until this one. I ordered from this (Rowlett Rd, Garland, TX) location because it is near my office. Usually when I make an online order, I'm able to pick it up at the drive through with no problem. I experienced extreme mistreatment that seemed intentional by a young male greeter at the drive-thru window. I ordered from this location twice in one week only to experience the same dismissive attitude by the same greeter at this location. I had to get out of my vehicle and wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes the second visit to experience the same poor customer service with the same young kid. As I was waiting on my order, I saw customers come and go, as I was the ONLY customer that was obviously waiting for my order. About 40 minutes later, I went to the counter to ask for a manager. It appeared the manager was in the area, saw what was going on and politely listened to my concerns, he made the order right by apologizing, making the order over again and also offered a refund. I understand that staffing has become a problem in recent years because I am a business owner, but the one BAD APPLE can make a huge impact on your business!

Azeal was great with his customer service and just a great spirit to be working for pollo. The food was good as well, fast and fresh, but again the service from azeal was the best part of my trip to pollo this day.

Has the worst service since they open this place !!!! I order 12 pieces ck I wait around 10 minutes Then the same girl that took our order came and told us there no ck it will b 30 to 40 minutes for chicken after 10 minutes waiting for our order !!! She offer a refound the 2 manager in charge where in a table sitting down while the employees were out of chicken !!!! I think they should check before they make the sale !! This is unacceptable for a place that sales chicken to be out of chicken for the rush hour I will like a call back from corporate!!!!!
