Im used to the potbelly in plano where when you order delivery, everything is included. This location doesn't give you anything except literally what you order, meaning condiments are always missing. How do you order a bowl of chili? Don't get the crackers. Sometimes, the spoon or no napkins are always missing. The food is good but the service they could do better.

Potbelly garland food and atmosphere as usual is great. But their service towards DoorDash pick up is horrible.. they have a pick up station and everything well labeled but still on April 11th 12:30 pm. The lady placing the orders on the pick up station told me . “You can’t just grab those and go, you need to confirm with us” my response was “ normally this is what we do we just look for the right name and grab it” she said “we have had few mishaps”
Well if y’all had mishaps then y’all should stop putting a pick up station and place it near the counter and give it to us straight, stop humiliating people.
I will never go to this location if this continues. Just expressed my concern don’t wanted to email it or see the manager at that location at that time.

I was so excited to try my Italian sandwich, but when I unwrapped my sandwich I found two long hairs, I was so disgusted that I couldn't eat it, I don't think I will go to this location again.

At this point I'm done with this location. I love Potbelly's food, but this location never consistently prepares it and doesn't seem to pay attention to orders. 1/11/25 @ 8-9:30 I ordered Mac and Chees with bacon and bread crumbles and a Wreck original with bacon and double meat. The bacon and double meat weren't on my sandwhich and the mac and cheese got a spinkle of the breading and bacon as well as being watery. As expensive as potbelly is I expect it to live up to it's quality standards and this location doesn't seem to be able to do that.

The Customer Service I received was Excellent from Mrs. DeShun. I was Greeted with the biggest smile. I let her know I was visiting this location for the first time. I can tell everyone, Mrs. DeShun prepared my Wreck Salad and Wreck Sandwich with care as if preparing for Herself or Family. I have definitely found a new Potbelly Home. I would also like to say this was Christmas Eve and near closing & I was not treated with any annoyance.
