food was good but the service was NOT. The girl with the nose pricing was on her phone and had her airpod in barley looked at us. I miss the good old days before cell phones These kids are always on them!!!
FOOD is definitely better than subway and panera! Only dislike, it would be nice to have a larger size or better wrapping of my sandwich. There have been times my sandwich would leak outside the wrapper AND out the bag. Also, whenever I order spicy pepper and artichokes, I literally get 2 or 3 pieces of artichokes and a whole bunch of spicy pepper! I don't understand that?! SERVICE is good and they're welcoming. ATMOSPHERE could be better and understandable it gets busy, maybe put a timer to check the bathrooms and wipe/stock tables/utensils. Above all, I've noticed that if I order online (given gracious extra time) and not tip, my sandwiches aren't what y'all honor on your pictures. Sandwiches are thin, lack ingredients & if I tip, I do it when you do a service for me, like when I walk in to order. Y'all could do better, but I'll give you another chance. Otherwise, make your prices cheaper for it's quality and service.

I ordered the sweet heat pulled pork. There was absolutely no sweet. It was all heat! I let others try the sauce and we all agreed it was all heat! My nose was still running 5 minutes after eating the sandwich. I scraped off as much hot bbq sauce I could and ate what I could of it. The Mac n cheese was really good but that bbq sauce is misleading.

I’ve been to this location NUMEROUS times for years. Tonight they got my sandwich wrong. Instead of giving me a refund for the CASH that I paid, they said that they would send me a gift card of equal value of my sandwich and asked for my address to send the gift card. Which I may never see.
They probably have a scam going on bc who refuses to give them their cash back? They probably zero out the order and pocket the cash.

Our first time,but wont be our last because the sandwiches are great! The ordering process inside was a little confusing and way more complicated then it should have been when making the sandwiches because they kept getting confused when trying to Tell them how to make multiple, order pickup is a must next time.
Website/App down all day, tried to call in an order and was told they aren’t accepting phone orders and to wait until the website came back up. Didn’t mind that, but then when I came in for the sandwich half of the toppings were missing and the mushrooms were completely raw. Overall super unimpressed, just hoping it was a bad day for them and not the usual product.

I don't eat here often but when I do I always get the Italian sandwich. Something changed within the last 6 months and they've gotten stingy with the deli slices. There used to be at least twice the amount of meat shown in the picture. The last 3 times I've eaten here I noticed prices increased. Example, avocado doubled from $2 to $4 for large sandwiches and the amount of meat in the Italian sandwich was reduced to a single layer of the 3 deli meats.
The price point vs the food is no longer good value. I can get a 6 oz steak dinner plate for the same price.

Deshawn and Esmeralda were great! My little one has a severe Dairy Allery, so they made sure to change their gloves and use a clean knife when preparing his sandwich. Sadly, we don't always have the easiest time with staff (different places) understanding the severity of allergies. I truly appreciate them caring and making my little man's night! You ladies made this momma's experience so easy and I am so greatful! Keep up the great work beautiful queens!🥰❤️🫶🏽

Happy new years? Came in to try Potbelly for the first time and everyone seemed so miserable and it’s not even noon yet.. wasn’t even busy. The manager who rung us out said “you’re taking this to-go I’m assuming” that was a very odd thing to say and actually made us take the food home lol, yikes.

Ordered online twice, the first time It gave me the message of an error and the order did not go through, the second time I even ordered an additional item, turns out when I got home both charges went through and I did not receive the additional item. I called and talked to Loren who assured me she would refund the duplicate amount and send me a gift card for the item missing. It has been over a month and neither has occurred. I was a regular customer but not anymore. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Nice place and nice people but had to tell them my single sandwich order 3 different times and they'd lost track of it by the time I got to the counter to pay. So I paid while they made the sandwich. It ended up soggy with a lot of oil and hot peppers. When you pay you have to poke around with tip buttons. Odd for having no table service and not having seen the food yet. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them.

Ordered my food and then it took 7 minutes to check out. Because somebody jumped in front of me from outside. Basically that came in the store-bought one cookie. There is no other customers ahead of me. Dan, checked me out, they checked out That guy first just to buy a cookie and Brianna just stood there. She could have checked me out as well but she was doing nothing.

One of y’all’s employees was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. “I’m not talking to you” etc. will never return to this location because of bad employees. Hoping the manager reaches out so I can further detail the situation. Ridiculous.
Lazy people working here. Don't want to make sandwiches. Did not complete my sandwich. Did not ask for extra toppings and when I pointed out she threw my sandwich at me as if obliging me.
If you don't like this job go find something better yo do in life. Money does not come free to any of us. A customer pays for the product and expects respect and service.
Never going back to potbelly ever.
