Quan bun dau but doesn't have chả cốm. The cashier didn't even inform me when I ordered. Later I got my food and asked and she just said like we don't have chả cốm for a while, just use intestine instead. I probably wouldn't order or order something else if I had known. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, look no more fam. This stall is located inside the Saigon Mall food court in Garland.Their bun dau mam tom SLAPS. I mean wow, everything on the plate was so fresh and delicious. The tofu was still crispy even after about 20 minutes -- probably the best fried tofu I've had in a long time. The mam tom is hella dank, so if you're sensitive to smells, you may want to steer clear. I was told that I stunk up the whole house ?. I also ordered the banh canh cua and the bun mang vit. Both very good as well. Portions are huge and prices are reasonable. They do take cards.They also have a huge variety of prepared snacks, which I'll definitely have to check out next time. 10/10 highly recommend. Please stop by and show them some love!

Everything was decent overall. The place looks neat and clean. Foods taste good and were given a nice presentation, too. Prices are pretty reasonable. I would give a thumbs up and a big smile if they were keen enough to devein the shrimps, which is ignored by most Vietnamese restaurants here in Dallas.
