Rip off!! Speachless… this place slam your drink with ice to make it seems like you are getting a full amount of liquid drink. I had asked for no ice and they only filled up my drink half way. (blue drink on the left in the pic) Not everyone likes their drink ice cold, but rather room temp. I even paid the extra $3 for the larger size cup for more drink. Not for them to only fill it half way up. Also, beware.. the self check out machine they already add and include the tip. Carefully read and review your order before putting your payment in.

I ordered the peach tea with aloe vera and I love how dark the tea tastes! Whenever I'm in town, I always recommend coming here.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have recently stopped going to this location due to there always being problems. I went and got my drink and it was sour and tasted of chemicals and made my tongue burn. I gave them a 5 dollar tip due to it being Christmas Eve and upon trying to get a refund they told me I had to wait 5 hours to get a refund. I do not live near this location so I have no way to get back here. They took my drink as well even though I wasn’t going to finish it and was going to throw it away myself. So I got charged for literally nothing :/

I was told “No we don’t have any” i asked twice and even looked straight at the styrofoam cups and was answered with rude “No!” I was happy with Christmas spirit until k walked in there..

The herbal tea and haiwaiian fruit tea would be my favorite. They make it so good in here. The money is worth it. And the staff so nice and friendly. Especially Chloe, she gives me these recommendations and surprising they are all good taste 👅
