Shop is decorated beautifully. Service is rude. And the Vietnamese pop/rap music they played was loud and obnoxious. My boyfriend and I ,are viet, and went here bc of the bear cup over instagram and to support a local viet boba shop. We went up to the counter to directly order with a worker after being at the kiosk and not knowing how to get a bear cup from there. The worker asked us cash or card and simply directed us back to the kiosk after we said card. My boyfriend then asked can we get any drinks or what drink to order to get for the bear cup. one of the workers replied the herbal tea and the Hawaiian only. We ordered one herbal and a milk tea and didn’t receive either of the drinks in a bear cup. But the customer after us got their milk tea in a bear cup. Honestly there are better boba store in the area

Went in on a Thursday night, hoping to be greeted well my first and last time going to rnb , at first we got greeted politely and then after i asked a simple question smh , i asked “whats the difference between ordering on the screen and ordering up front” dude said ones cash and ones card i was like okay cool and my girlfriend is viet and they ended up talking sh!t in viet , my girlfriend didn’t end up telling me until we left , smh if your gonna talk sh!t say it to my face lol dont hide lmao, and the boba wasnt that great either youre better off going to feng cha or your nearest sharetea no woner they didn’t have any customers never going here again smh!
