The birria tacos here are absolutely amazing! The meat is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the consommé takes it to another level rich, savory, and perfect for dipping. You can tell a lot of care goes into the seasoning and preparation because every bite is mouthwatering. Easily the best birria tacos I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

🌮🔥 Rayos Taqueria – 5 Stars!
We tried the birria tacos and the birria pizza—and WOW. Hands down some of the best birria we’ve ever had. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and the consommé was rich and packed with flavor.
But that birria pizza? Next level. Cheesy, loaded with meat, and every bite was a flavor bomb. It honestly puts the birria tacos we've had in Garland to shame—no comparison.
Service was fast, food came out hot, and everything was fresh. Definitely worth the drive, and yes—we will absolutely be back! 🙌🔥

We eat here at least once a week and it never disappoints! The birria taco plate is our go-to for dinner - flavorful and always hits the spot!! On weekends, we stock up on breakfast tacos for the week ahead. We freeze them and they reheat beautifully - still delicious every time. Great food, great people, and always consistent. Highly recommend!
Haven't tasted their tacos yet but someone gave some of their red salsa from there and let me tell you, . The best real salsa I've had in a long time. Can't wait for some tacos. Let me give you an update. I finally went to eat there. I was hoping it was as good as my coworkers said it was. And well, I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong it wasn't bad. It was just okay. I had chorizo,carne azada and barbacoa tacos. The barbacoa was dried and unseasoned and the tortillas were already getting hard and cold. To make sure it was not only me I ask my daughter how was her taco plate she said the said the same, taught barbacoa with no flavor and tortillas with hard edges. Hopefully they read this review and do better. I wish them the best.

The best birria tacos and posole I’ve EVER had. We had them for the first time last Saturday and had to come back Sunday before we headed back home. Super sad that we live 6 hours away because we would definitely be here weekly. We will definitely come back every time we come back to Dallas!
