We’re new to the neighborhood and we were excited when we got their flyer after long moving day we decided to place a large order because we had family over that was helping us with the move. The flyer claims they open from 11-10pm seven days a week. We placed an order at 9:00pm and we were told to pick by 9:30pm I was there at 9:30pm and the guy working that night decided to lock the door 30 mins prior to closing when I arrived he refused to open the door to give me an explanation and after waiting a couple of minutes he came to the door and showed me his phone with 911 on it through the window. He never opened the door and was just doing hand gestures to go away he was very rude and disrespectful. Honestly our family was excited to give it a try and hopefully build a relationship since we’re new to the area but never again.

This had been one of my favorite Chinese take out/ eat in, despite a mediocre atmosphere. Went through the drive thru today and noticed a new female employee working the window. This young Hispanic female gave me a clueless look when I explained I wanted pork fried rice. She tells me at first that there's no pork. Then five minutes later she corrects herself and says they do. I slowly and clearly remind her no vegetables. As I'm driving home I have that strong feeling they screwed up. Sure enough a whole bunch of veggies. After driving back I found out from the only employee that understood English and speak well enough to communicate that this woman didn't speak English. Her presentation of my remaid food was not proper I will be staying away for 3 to 6 months and we'll see what happens.

I went last night to get a Happy Family plate and there was hardly any meat in my meal! All veggies and rice! The guy was rude so I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

Will not order from here again. Rip off. No meat in the in the entrees. The fried rice was all clumpy..and it seems like they used left over rice..did not look fresh at all. No shrimp in the fried rice. Will NOT be coming back to this place.

I ordered egg roll. It was mush meat and no vegetables inside I ordered hide and sour soup. It was all carrots. Look like curdles of milk in it ordered the wonton chicken and it was one wonton and look like something weird was coming out of those this place has the girl behind the counter eating and drinking
I love Rice Pot ! ? I get their sweet and sour chicken with broccoli no rice. So good. Always hits the Chinese food craving spot.

I ordered the hot szechuan, i honestly only came here because i got a flyer and the food looked good. Honestly there wasnt much chicken in my food mostly just vegetables. The eggs rolls were okay, the rice wasnt so bad. They do give you alot for the portions of the plate. I probably wouldnt come back sadly but service was really nice!

This used to be good. Now it’s tasteless food. Worse than hospital meals. Zero meat on combos, mainly vegetables. Not even my cat likes it. Plus it’s expensive. (OWNER please pay attention or you will end up closing due to stealing from customers, we want meat on our food not just veggies)
