“Stopped into this cute, clean and delicious place on a whim when I was in the neighborhood. I’m not much of an aficionado on Salvadoran food or pupusa’s, but the pupusa I had was freshly made and delicious. It was served with a crisp side of interestingly spiced, fermented, vinegary cole slaw (curtido). And it was a bargain served by friendly staff.“

“Such a great restaurant for Firewheel! They’ve been consistent for many years and don’t blame the pandemic for any decrease in quality or service.“

“Pupusas MamaTita are one of the best Pupusas I’ve ever had. Their “revueltas pupusas” are a must have! Their carne asada (steak) and mojarra (fish) are also as good as any other place. Very home made cooking as if your grandma cooking. Overall they have a great menu, and live up to the expectation of great Salvadorian 🇸🇻food and amazing pupusas!“

“The pupusas here are DELISH! I just wish they would put more calabaza than they did on mine. There is a bit of a wait, however, everything is made fresh - made to order! It's worth the walk through the bazaar and the wait! Menu prices are clearly visible and the cashier lady is always nice when we've gone. The pupusas also come with little salsa (red and green) and a yummy slaw-like salad.“

“Got into their parking lot by mistake! Was about lunch time so when I saw the place decided to try it out, it was two week ago and since then me and some of my workers have been taking lunch there every day, food is great and very friendly people. Totally recommend this place.“

“We went for lunch and got the carne asada, some barbacoa tacos, a pork tamale and beans & cheese pupusa. All of the food looked and tasted great, the owner came to talk with us, talking about some of the restaurant history for him and his wife. You could see the pride in his face on what they've done. There weren't a lot of people there so it wasnt loud in the restaurant. Definitely wanting to go back and try out other dishes in the future“
