Shows they open at 5:30. Came in for my morning coffee at 5:50 & saw the girl just in her car. Once she saw me go to the drive thru she got out & decided to open. From the reviews im guessing this happens alot at this location. Bad for business!

The line goes pretty quickly in the mornings. Most of the time, there's no line. There's one guy that works in the mornings on the weekdays that's super nice and friendly. I love going there.

So here is my struggle. They were unable to make what I requested because the person on staff could not handle the products. They told me I could come back in 10-15 minutes when the other person returned. I 100% think safety is important. At the same time, when there are people who cannot do parts of the job, what are the reasonable accommodations being put into place so high quality service can continue? Additionally, if there is a lapse on service, how do staff accommodate for that (i.e. small discount, a verbal apology, or a freebie). It just was not a good experience. The drinks are good though.

There are two locations near me, one in Garland and one in Rowlett. The one in Rowlett is a smaller facility but is superior in every way. The location here in Garland consistently has worse service and their food pales in comparison. I don't even know how since they very likely use the same supplier. Maybe management just sucks in Garland.

Iāve gotten regular coffee and the coffee taste like what old dish water would taste like (I have no idea how else to describe the taste as-just funky). I went back and got regular coffee a second time a few days later and it tasted just the same.
Cheaper than Starbucks and waaaaaaaaaay yummier!!! Turtle latte or scoot energy infusion is what I get and their cinnamon rolls are yum! Plus the pup cups are so adorable with a treat for the fur babies.

Plane landed at 5am. Stopped here as my first coffee run and what an awful experience. The guy at the window was definitely a little under the influence. Had no idea what the Candy Bar Latte was even after seeing a photo of the actual website and claimed he ādidnāt even have an option for itā on his computer. The dude working at 8am on 8/4/24 needs serious training and possibly a piss test.
