Paid $18 for 2 MEDIUM cold brews. I don’t even pay that much at Starbucks, And I asked for extra oatmilk and Caramel syrup I got charged more then I was supposed to. The order was wrong . Did not taste like caramel and no milk was even added. They don’t have a number to call back, I’ve reached out to the email address and no reply.

I placed my order and the girl not sure what her name was, but she opened the window and laughed in face. and i’m assuming she laughed so much that she couldn’t finish taking my payment, they had another girl come up. very rude atmosphere, as well as customer service.

The girl with purple/blue hair was so rude and acted so annoyed when we said we asked for tea, but she gave us coffee. She said we were wrong and should just take it, but we don’t even drink coffee. She seemed so grumpy and took so long getting the tea that we had to dump it out incase she spit in it. I recommend people try “the Vive” coffee right next door to here instead.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I cant believe how terrible this place has become. They had such good employees back then! I havent seen my favorite barista Keke in forever….she was the only one who always made my order right every. Single. Time.

I went to get coffee today it was cold and had a film on top. Customer Service is terrible how do you mess up plain coffee. They corrected it no I'm sorry or nothing. Everyone was on their phone. Have some pride in your job people are paying for service. Go to Starbucks from now on...

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! it is disgusting in there if you truly pay attention & they treat their employees like slaves. They managers are inappropriate & make fun of their employees who have issues with transportation because of their financial issues. The same financial issues that the managers keeps them in because they pay incredibly low with 0 chance of any raise. Especially unfair when they keep a manager in training for almost a year and make them do all the managers work with a $14 pay.The owners are abusive and you should not support it! GO TO A LOCAL COFFEE SHOP ITS NOT THAT HARD.

This location is wishy washy. Drinks are overly sweet even when you ask for less pumps or less creamer, they literally don’t listen?? Like how did my coffee drink come out almost white? I think this is great for non “black coffee drinkers” or anything that taste like coffee.Had a barista roll their eyes for us asking questions, then just added water !? Like I can see her?Another time, I asked for alternative milk & the barista (I could see him visibly put milk) proceeded to lie to me saying nope it’s oat, as he was turning red? Like huhNot my cup of tea
