I come to this location a lot bc I live 2 min away and have never had an issue. It’s usually a nice Hispanic girl but today some lady named mckayla was super condensing towards my hubs and I. She sounded annoyed taking our order from the beginning. we specifically asked for sugar free flavors seeing as I’m diabetic and she said they were on the screen so we picked one and then she charged it as a whole separate drink?? We also said “2% milk please” and she replied with “that’s already included”… okay? It’s a coffee order so usually we get asked what type of milk we were just ordering. Not sure why that comment was made. We get to the window and my husband double checks my drink is sugar free again and she said no. That we ordered two separate drinks. I said “you told us to look at the screen for sugar free flavors when we asked you directly for them” she goes back and forth so I have to mention I’m diabetic and she says “I understand” so then why not simply give us the flavors and answer a direct question and avoid wasting drink ingredients on making a whole sugary drink when you know we just wanted to know SUGAR FREE FLAVORS. Also she could see I had my phone out ready to scan the app and when my husband tried to hand it to her to scan she waited till after we paid to tell us “you already paid but use the receipt” Super rude attitude the entire time as well! I’m super disappointed as I’m now going to have to have to go back to Starbucks across the street. So sad that customer service these days is dwindling. If your job makes you miserable then leave McKayla! Don’t take it out on pregnant people and their husband :)

First time at Scooters and had a great experience. Kelly took my order and she was so sweet. Since it was my first time, she recommended me a sandwich, which I'll have to come back to try. My caramel cold brew came out delicious as well.

The food is great especially the smoothies. I come here often. But they started charging 6.50 for a SMALL with no extras. I paid less for a pina collada in Miami... Probably will stop coming here.

I love the matcha smoothie. No one makes it like this. Manager very friendly. Staff is nice also.

I am incredibly impressed by the professionalism I received today from Kelly and Lilly! It is 12/23 and EVERYONE is going crazy for last minute Christmas shopping. These two sweet girls were in such a great mood and so very welcoming. My drinks were made quickly and well. It is rare these days to receive great service but these two embody what a great employee is and I hope if leadership reads these, they do their best to ensure Kelly & Lilly are valued. Those girls have bright futures ahead! ?
