Scooters is a good option if you want a change from Starbucks. The drink and food menus are small but varied. Item prices are comparable to other coffee shops. Staff is friendly. This is a drive-through only location. Service is fast. Breakfast items are available all day if you want breakfast after the usual hours :)) Don’t know if they have a loyalty program.

Asked for regular coffee not flavored. Coffee seemed to have been mixed with a flavored coffee and was watered down.Not good since coffee is the main reason. I like Scooters but this location would make me go to there competition around the corner.

I just drink black coffee and don't like flavored coffees. Every other time I order a black coffee, it's flavored and I basically just end up throwing it away. Tried to use the app a few times but my order kept being wrong and it's not any faster than ordering at the window. I'll probably keep coming here bc I do like the regular coffee and it's the best option on my way home. I just need to try it before leaving so I can get my correct order when it's inevitably wrong.

Three times in a row I have gone to this scooters and the coffee has either tasted sour or weak/watered down like they didn't put anything I ordered in it (And I always get extra espresso). I waited 10 minutes for someone at the drive thru to read back my order (which was wrong), we waited another 20 minutes in line with one car ahead of us. None of the lids were on properly and spilt over half my drink in my car (didn't get another one) and when I asked for napkins for the spill I received two.This was my favorite coffee spot but now I don't think I will return.

I had a great experience my first time here. Great customer service, good pricing, my food was hot, fresh and tasty. I didn’t know they offered pup cups as well (that was a plus). I recommend this business and will be returning.

The first time I visited this location(as well as trying scooters all together) was on July 12th. Today is the 27th and during this time I have visited this location about 4 times I’d say. Since my first visit they are always out of oatmilk which is disappointing because as someone with a dairy allergy, oatmilk is the only milk they offer that really made me think about how good their coffee is. I mean to day I still think of my first coffee from scooters. The almond milk is missing depth and the coconut milk just overpowers the coffee and leaves a terrible after taste… They have potential but this is a HUGE miss!! Please consider restocking oatmilk or even introduce soy to your menu!!! The girls who work there seem nice. There’s not much time for interaction as they are fast.

It's ok the blended mochas don't taste like other scooters I've been too. I think since it's new they are still learning to make the drinks.UPDATE...it got better. Coffee is great! Blended mocha is better than Starbucks
