Gave a average of 3 because cashier wasn't listening when taking my order. Made my burger wrong as well ordered a kids meal gave me wrong side.
Instead of giving me the right side they charged me for the correct side even though they had already charged me a upgrade charge for something I didn't even order because the cashier wasn't listening.
General manager Caucasian, older man white hair has no customer service skills.
When our group arrived we thought he was a customer standing waiting to order so we told him to go ahead and order were undecided.
He never said anything to us just walked off. Extremely rude as a manager. No welcome,no smile just angry look the entire time.
Need to retire. He's not leadership material anymore.

Been a minute since we visited this location and we will be adding this place to our regular night out options. Food is as good as it has always been. Still my favorite mushroom swiss burger and really like that the burgers come with a side included. Favorite new thing...the sit at bar.

Listen...I give this place an A+. I had the El Jepe which is has pepper jack cheeses, house made guacamole and all the fixings...that guacamole was so delicious I was dipping my fries in it. I wish you all would build in the Arlington area...because it looks like I'm going to be driving an hour to get to the nearest one to me. Oh and the service is friendly. I'm glad I chose this place to eat today.

What a great experience!! Ray was truly amazing!!!! The frozen piña colada was truly wonderful!!! The loaded cheese fries were outstanding… the secret… order chili and ask them to add the chili to the loaded cheese fries!! I’ll be back !! Thank you for this unbelievable and exceptional experience!!! Kennedy was the cherry on top with the wonderful service!! This is the place to be!!💖💖💖

Rey and John and the rest of the team were phenomenal. It was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect but the burger truly blew me away. I’m picky when it comes to burger as I find that most modern burger joints fail at making a flavorful patty, but that is definitely not the case here. The cleanliness of the place is just the cherry on top. Not the cheapest burger in town, but you get what you pay for here and if cheap is what you want there’s gotta be a steak and shake nearby. Also, did I mention they’re flame grilled? You earned a customer today

My family and I had some great service from the gentleman that took our order not sure if he was a manager, but he was friendly and patient! It's nice when what you order is also recognized as great to eat by an employee because it shows they enjoy there food and job.

The food was absolutely awful . Burgers were dry no flavor . Was $40 for two burgers, sides and a drink . Was not worth it .we ate a few bites of our food . Got to go boxes so that we werent drawing attention to other customers that our food was disgusting. We left and threw away our food at home . I really hope yall work on bettering the food . I also noticed a table left and didnt eat there onion rings ( three plates ) I would not recommend this place to anyone until the food is better . Especially for the price .

Excellent burger place with many options of how it's made. It also offers one of the best gluten free burger buns I've had and sweet potato fries which I adore! And the onion rings served to my husband were huge!! Which he thoroughly enjoyed! Everything is cooked to perfection and served with a smile in a comfortable atmosphere and clean environment.
