My Experience ( Not for everybody) I work for an urgent care in the area, and I always get a craving for the crème de la crème of donuts—especially on cool, stoic mornings, when the wind carries a sweet aroma of warm, glazed donuts, cutting through the morning dew. The staffing members are very welcoming, kind , and bright and the facility is a clean establishment .

Donut holes are hard and dry. I had a cake donut that was also hard and dry. I’ve been twice to this location and both times my donut holes are cold hard and taste like old donuts. Also paid for a large coffee but they didn’t have enough to serve a large coffee. This was at 7:30 am. The staff did not know how to make more coffee.

We went Saturday morning. 7am. The doughnut holes was hard as a rock. I got some glazed doughnuts. For it being 7am, these doughnuts was cold, and hard. Felt like it was from the day before. It's sad that this place us new and put out poor quality already.

Usually when I go to Shipley's because it is my favorite donut shop and ask for fresh donuts they give you fresh donuts hot so why i ask the ladythree times to give me the fresh donuts and she will not do it she gave me the cold ones but I saw some in the back on the table. I'm not from this area I'm from Houston in Houston when you go to Shipley's and ask for fresh donuts they're hot always. You should never tell a customer no especially when they keep asking. Again all my life I have ate Shipley's Donuts, it is by far my favorite donut place I've ever had and all over the country with that being said this location is the first time in my life I've had service like this with cold donuts being refused to get fresh donuts though I am from Houston so maybe things are different out here but usually at Shipley's when you ask for fresh donuts they give you the fresh ones and they charged you less for the old ones... smh

One great donut shop in town. Shipley donuts has a good selection of donuts and one of my favorites is the chocolate filled and unlike some shops serving filled donuts and when you're taking a bite and you find you got more donut and very little filling well not here. Have plenty of napkins handy when biting into one their delicious filled donuts You just may think the mess is worth it while licking your fingers clean.
