I've been eating at this Shipley's location for close to two decades. My family has made Sunday kolache day growing up and I've been trying to keep the tradition going.A few months ago we had an order that was short a few kolaches and after delivering them to my parents 30 away. No biggie, the store said they would make it right next time I came in. When I came in the next time, another person was working so I let it slide and didn't make a big deal, no biggie.That is until it happened again. I literally called the store and they gave the same "come in, we will make it right" but I live not that close and it's not really fair or convenient to just drive back.Counting to 6 and 12 isn't hard. Bakeries used to give extra items for free to make up for mistakes, but in today's world you are lucky if you get what you pay for.I personally really want to keep my family tradition going, but can't see continuing to support a company who turns their back on customer service.Tl;Dr - good kolaches, mediocre service

Everyone at this store is Awesome they're kind and can tell they care about their store. The food is always fresh and delicious! And if you're in a rush they do a good job of getting you taken care of and on your way!

They have a lot of variety but they also have Stale donuts , overpriced coffee . I'll stick to the little donuts shops that make fresh donuts/coffee

The donuts were pretty good. The big and bold kolaches were neither big or bold, completely undersized compared to another shipleys i usually visit, they also taste different, i believe they need a new baker, this was my first visit to this shipleys, it's close to my home but I would honestly rather take the drive to get another shipleys. The staff was nice at least.

These donuts are horrible. I can’t believe people come here when there are several local places right down the street. Trash can food. And the people serving you act like they’re doing you a huge favor to fill a box with donuts.

Shipleys offering 2 free glazed donuts on website. once ordering on website it's a no-go during check out. When I arrived at the location the worker didn't have a clue.... smh!Shipley do better with communication and what's going on at your storeShipley on Jupiter/Arapaho Garland location. I did order Kolaches and donuts that was not free. And she didn't offer any free donuts. Once I showed her the rewards. Do better! SMH!
It doesn't have the taste of the Shipley Do-Nuts I'm use to back in Houston; but it's nonetheless part of the Shipley Do-Nuts chain so you take what you can get.The Shipley Do-Nuts in Houston is my preferred ones, but that's just my preference you guy's should try this location for yourself to see if it's to your taste.

I really don't see what the hype is about this place to be honest. I have had better donuts from a regular donut shop. I tried this place today being my first time and I will never be back. Upon entrance the smiling face, friendliness and great customer service that everyone in the comments said they got, we didn't get that. We got a kolache and it's a small sausage stuffed inside a big bun. We also got a chocolate twister . I was expecting a glazed twister with chocolate on top but what I got was bread with chocolate and no glaze. We also got cake donuts that was lacking flavor. I felt like I was eating cornbread. It wasn't for me..

It's the selection for me! So many fantastic choices and combinations and every donut is superbly fresh every time! My favorite are any donuts with a filling (jelly!) but my family prefers every sprinkle topping (rainbow!). Service is quick and efficient. The store is a happy place! Love it here!
