This place sucks. Everytime they take forever on a order. I literally just ordered a 4 piece mozzarella sticks & did it to order curbside. Waited 15 min and noone came out , only to see these workers all outside talking and visiting. Not even working. And im sure they are all on the clock doing so and dont care.

I'm usually pretty lenient with customer service bc I work customer service and I know it can suck but the girl that took my order a little bit ago was very rude. Sighed very loudly at a question asking what was in the breakfast burritos and I kept having to repeat myself to her. Another lady pulled up next to me and also had to repeat basic stuff numerous times to the same girl. Got my food delivered by who I'm assuming is the manager. Respect to everyone else here but I'll just go to a different location for the forseeable future. Never this one again 👎

Karen is awesome. Our pretzel twists are always perfectly soft in the middle and crispy on the outside and my lemon cream slush is always blended perfectly.

Love everything about this location except two things. 1) They new alignment of parking doesn't allow much space for most vehicles, and 2) It's always seems like they are understaffed to where the wait times are a little long.
Other than that, they're Golden and it won't stop me from visiting, just a little inconvenient.

When I got to the window I tried to change one drink from a medium ocean water to Oreo shake. Didn’t seem like it was something that was a huge deal, it wasn’t a food item and i also wasn’t trying to get it for free I had every intention on paying for the change. Associate word for word told me “No I can’t change it because I already poured the drink and I don’t feel like printing out another receipts” I just paid and moved on. In addition to that I had ordered 2 pretzels they mistakenly only charged for one and gave us one didn’t realize till we got home.

This shit is disrespectful as hell. Asked for the “Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito” and instead got a burrito with the equivalent of 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, and some cheese.

Usually pretty good but I swear DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.

I waited 30 MINUTES past the estimated delivery date and they still sent my burger wrong when it was clearly stated what to put on it. I swear this place takes way too long to send food out for delivery

Looking at other reviews. This Sonic, I agree is horrible. 1st the girl in the drive-thru does have you repeat your order as well as does not speak up for you to hear her. 2nd, why is the wait so much longer now? I don't see a manager working, or at all anymore. 3rd, why do they have someone who can't count change in the drive-thru window? I thought the register did it for you...... My order was $4.20. I gave $5. She attempted to give me 8 cents... 4th, nobody gets receipts anymore. I believe there is some scamming going on there and SONIC you might want to check that out before you lose more money and more customers. I didn't even get a real receipt. I won't do the girl's name as SONIC can clearly see the badge number.

Came here for happy hour , I ordered 2 watermelon slush , one regular and the other with nerds and cherrys inside and a large chili cheese tots ,
After I paid for my order the girl came outside and told me they didn’t have watermelon. ( which is something they should of told me before they took my money )
So I ended up having to pick a different flavor . The girl ended up asking me what goes in which slushie so i technically explained myself twice &
Then they brought my daughters slushie with out the cherry’s or the nerds , & I paid for it so I had to inform them that my slushie was not made correctly , & then on top of that my Tatartots were super hard , like they gave me old ones that had been sitting there since the morning or something .
I ended up sending the tatertots back because I was not going to make my 5 year old eat tater tots that she could even barely bite into

Go to Whataburger. Ordered a breakfast burrito and requested jalapenos added. They wantef to charge an extra 80 cents. Outrageous

Only leaving a one star because i can’t leave zero stars! I waiting over 30mins for a large drink small ice cream and mozzarella sticks was brought the wrong order three times! Horrible horrible service! I wasn’t the only one who had waited as long as i did there was tons of people waiting and complaining i would not recommend going here! Worst service ever!!
