This is the best Sonic of all the area Sonics, hands-down. They are consistent, and they have a very nice group of employees, especially Hunter. We always use the app to customize our drinks and then we are able to receive the happy hour drinks price all the time.

I feel like the negative reviews on here are that of people who expect world class dining service from a drive through fast food place. Any time I’ve come, I’ve always had good interactions from the girls inside, especially with Amber, and anyone else who’s worked here.

Went at night and got fries they took foreverrrr and then they were burnt asf and not even full how do you go sooo bad on fries ? They tasted like they reheated them so much and were literally more hard then a rock…..😒😤✋🏻

If you want to waste your time and money I would recommend this place. I ordered ahead of time and waited over a hour to receive my food only for it to be incorrect and cold. Waited for over 30 minutes to receive a refund… how do you mess up a hot dog?

Don't even bother with this particular establishment it is a bad joke. The owners do not take their business seriously. They have 20 spaces to park and place your order at an intercom and maybe 5 of them work. To add further inconvenience when you park and press the button for service they ask you to move to another parking space because that intercom speaker does not work. Most of them dont have out of order signs and only a hand few do. It's like playing musical chairs. A complete waste of time going from one parking space to another just to be told to find one that works when 90% of them don't. The cherry on top is that this place does NOT have a drive thru. Like I said the owners aren't serious about their business. Dumbest Sonic I've ever been too.

I went tonight and as I’m ordering the guy tells me he’s just going to ring me up for a different burger since it’s the same thing and has everything on it. Well that was a lie the burger had no lettuce and it came with onions! I also ordered a loaded fries and the guy was rushing me and just put in a regular fry. The girl came back out and took the fries that I have already touched and took them back I had to wait another 10 minutes for the loaded fries and when it came out it had no cheese or queso just big bacon and globs of ranch! I won’t be back to this location the one on oats or by south garland is WAYYYY BETTER

I ordered a regular strawberry shake and I feel like I paid $4.32 for a cup of malt milk. It’s super thin, almost watery. Literal bubbles in the cup. Please stop making foods and treats to YOUR liking and focus on the customer experience.

Curious how they can enforce this when Sonic allows 5 sauces per order. So if I order in the app I won’t get more than 1 sauce because it cannot be paid for through the app? I personally ordered ketchup and did not receive any with my order either.
Every time I go Amber is the one that helps me and she has very nice attitude and customer service skills. Keep up the good work Amber !!!!
