Fries were bottom of the bag and burnt. No bacon on my burger and they wouldn't put the chili on the side for my foot long. Pay for it but don't get it. Rip off.

This was the worst sonic I've been to. Employee was so rude and wasn’t even able to take my order correctly. I said hi she ignored me and snatched the drink from my hands when I told her my order was incorrect. My cup was very messy when I got it and she had some attitude. This is the worst sonic to go, I never really leave bad reviews but this one deserved it. I am so upset, the messy cup was enough for me not to want my drink.

Had a terrible experience at this Sonic and this has been the 2nd time running into this issue seems like it's always during the nighttime because I guess they are understaffed with hardly anybody working. They work very slow paced when it's not even busy and I placed my order at 10:47pm waited almost 30 minutes for just 2 shakes?! I watched the order runner take someone else's order to them when I was already waiting before that customer came and I had to ask the order runner where my shakes were at and he gave me an attitude back. He brought my shakes 20 minutes later around 11:07pm so I asked to speak with his manager who was some lady that also worked extremely slow and didn't seem like she was very good at her job. The order runner said I would need to wait 10-15 minutes before the manager could come and speak with me about my complaint so I was fed up and left. I would never recommend anyone to ever go back to this Sonic because they treat the customers poorly with bad attitude and work very slow when it's not even busy! I don't understand how management is allowing this to happen with the staff here

I had to repeat my order 4 times and still received the wrong items. I didn't feel like arguing with anyone or waiting any longer so I just ate it anyway. All the food was cold and it was consumed right after the carhop brought it. But before she brought it, she came out to ask us what we ordered. As if they don't have a system in place to keep track of what stall ordered what. Then she asked us if we ordered a list of items we in fact did not order. We had a long day and we're starving. This is not what I expect when I visit a sonic. I worked for sonic for a total of 6 years and this sonic is just silly.

Crapy. I paid cash at the time I ordered then when the food came it was charged again and I told them I paid then they said no the charge didn't do though but I said I paid cash it took 5 mins for them to figure out I already paid. The same guy that took my money and gave me my change. Unbelievable.
