Sonic Drive-In

Cold food, service was mediocre but food came quick.

The worker refused to make a drink combination comprising of things they sold there (sprite, lemonade, powerade, cranberry). I have ordered this combination for years at many Sonic locations in and out of state.

It is ironic because he made a lemonade slushie right before which comprises of 3 ingredients. (Ice, lemonade flavor, strawberries)

Such an easy decision to leave and take my business elsewhere. The Sonic down the street made our drinks with no issues (like every other Sonic)

Place has like 20 ratchet, no branding signs on what you CANT do, or order, and it looks terrible and as environent goes it doesnt get much more uninviting than that. Then to top off my visit this is the worst sonic food i've ever gotten. Not that the menu item is bad, because it's great at other locations, but just the execution of the preparation is not good at all. They def need an area managers intervention.

I ordered the BLT to go and it was the WORST sandwich I've had in a long time. One, yes ONE piece of bacon split in half on cold soggy toast with a little sprinkling of lettuce and tomato. Owner should be embarrassed to sell that to a customer.

Worst Customerservice ever

I use to only go to this sonic for convenience (literally onw minute walk from my work) but now I go for the workers, especially Noah and Oliver, they are the epitome of great customer service. No matter how busy they are, no matter what's going on they are always friendly and timely. The orders are always accurate (sometimes they forget my marinara lol). But whenever my team or I order it's always great. Always hot. Always right. Noah is a real one.

This white cashier I think his name is Aidan, he was really cute and gave me a really good order

It is an indoor Sonic. I am not really sure what I should expect, but the food isn't as good as the drive-in locations. Also the place looks like it could use a good cleaning. Would I eat inside? No. Would I eat there again? Probably not.

No stalls, no parking that doesn't require walking around a building. Food was undercooked and had an odd aftertaste. Employees barely acknowledged customers existence, not rude just zero care.

Oliver is really nice, the staff is thorough when repeating orders and everyone is friendly when you walk in

never had soggy tater tots until tonight. thank you guys at sonic for the new experience
