The service in the morning it’s much better than in the afternoon
I paid 599 for a master blast refer to be half vanilla ice cream
There was barely any brownie pieces or chocolate.
It’s almost like the quality of our orders are dependent on how much we tip.

Me and my one year old son went yesterday around 3:45 and we got the premium chicken bites and within 3 minutes order was ready and being brought out which I thought was great but turn out to be a hell no situation me and son have food poisoning and pooping and I am vomiting my inside out and then some

It's what you expect from fast food costs and quality. I'm not a fan of the parking lot theme but I get that it's their schtick. It just makes service and atmosphere harder but still good. Great if you like burgers, hit dogs, shakes, and fried food. They use styrofoam cups instead of paper or plastic so just be aware of that.

I came by today, the guy brought out my stuff and said they don’t have a card reader and I had to pay cash only. This was not mentioned to me before ordering. He took back my 4 drinks and said he couldn’t do anything about it.

My husband picked up two Route 44 Teas on Tuesday, 9/24/24 and the tea tasted like it had been sitting in the tea brewer for several days. It tasted old. That was the nastiest tea I've ever had from this Sonic. Please make sure the tea tastes like tea.
The lady on the speaker was so rude when I tried to ask questions about the menu. It gave me anxiety and I wish she wouldn’t have made me feel so stupid.

Stop on way home from work and got home my order was wrong and I recieved no reciept, I called several time no one answers … I’m truly disappointed paying almost 22$ for my order for it to be wrong, also tip the young man 3$ who brought it out , I’m sorry m drink were correct but I believe I was brought the wrong order . My daughter was so upset because she doesn’t eat beef and I was not driving 30 min bk up there.
They don't ask you anything anymore I was just there during happy hour they cut you off trying to give your order basically throw the food at you they don't ask you if you want marinara ketchup or anything like that they don't ask they don't give you time either I just left there it's like don't even want to bother and then I should have tested the drink when I got home so disappointed the drink has no carbonation in it whatsoever

I ordered a water with peach, mango and extra strawberries they gave me regular water, they also gave me a smaller size than ordered and when i asked them to fix it they brought the same cup back and did not fix it the manager was rude and acted as if she did not want to fix it which I’m confused about because I paid for it
