If you end up talking to the lady you can barely understand, she can't understand you either. Be sure to double check everything in your bag. Don't just count sandwiches. You have to open each sandwich individually. Because one of them is wrong

You could not get an order through the drive-thru. you place your order they repeat it back to you but they still bring you something else.
the gentleman did Apologize but I think they charged for the same amount of what I originally got but they never even asked or gave me any thing for the inconvenience other than I'm sorry.

It is sonic so what do you expect. Honestly they have never messed my order up and my girls always want to go here. The servers always smile and say thank you and the food is hot. No complaints good job.
