If your card machine has been out for 3 days and you're only taking cash then you need yo put a sign on your door. Do not wait until we have placed our order to tell us that it is cash only. Also, I have ordered all brisket on a 3 meat plate many times and now all of sudden brisket can ONLY be ONE selection. Get out of here. If that's the case, 1 put it on the menu and stop offering a "3 meat of your choice" plate because it's not my choice is it if I can only pick brisket, sausage and turkey. You're deciding for me. We will definitely not come back to this location.

Overpriced bbq. They charged me for 1/4lb of meat for a sandwich. Was $26 for the sandwich and they wouldn’t change it. I told them o wanted brisket and chicken on the sandwich so half and half. Nah they refused and said it had to be rung up this way. Obviously I won’t be back.

Slice brisket tasted like it boiled nasty texture and no flavor and smoked sausage tasted like it was microwaved. At least the cabbage and beans were good cause the meat went in the trash.

Now I see why they were so nice , when I got home we did not even finish our food , it was old, and the ribs were so hard and barely had meat on them. Disgusting, 🤮 and I hope you use that $71 we paid for our food wisely bcus we will no longer be spending our money there ever again!!!🤮🤮🤮 GROSS PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE SO DISGUSTING, and I still have my receipts! I might even call the health department you should not be allowed to sell food!

People told me Soulman's Catfish wasn't any good and didn't recommend it. But I just had to see for myself. I have been waiting for Friday all week just to eat some succulent catfish. But I was so so so disappointed. What I got instead was cheap frozen little filets the size of your palm that taste like crap. They weren't hot like made to order either. It's as if they had made them and had them under the heat lamp. And the 3 little tiny hush puppies were no better. They called it the big catch and charged a whopping $16 for the worst catfish I have ever had in my life. Needless to say I won't be going back. Sorry Soulman, you are fired!

Fast service and the place was clean. The staff working there was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Parking: The only problem is that the parking lot is not level and you have to walk uphill to your car park pretty much where ever you mark. If you have walking issues doing this alone is not a good idea. There is a few spots for handicapped parking that is level, but it usually full.
