Had a fantastic experience yesterday at SC-BBQ! The meats are all amazing, good smoke, not dry. Perfection! Sides are good. The fresh bread the bring around is fantastic, like time travel back to the way home bbq used to be. Finished it with excellent peach cobbler and Blue Bell vanilla. Shout out to Ava, and the whole team who were so kind as I was trying to take care of my parents. This place is more than the Texas Bbq mythos. It aspires to be the big hearted Texas we aspire to, and also the Texas family reunion. I wish I could give 6 stars!

I loved this location! We are at a winter guard competition taking a lunch break and my friends and I decided to come here and it was a great choice. The food was great, and the bread was a nice compliment. Also, when my friend asked for no bread and said she was celiac the man serving her actually cut her food on a whole new cutting board and with a new knife. This was very nice and she very much appreciated it!!

Good, reliable barbecue. I particularly enjoy the ribs, which were tender andd juicy. Also, amazing fresh, hot rolls. Typical vegetable selection, including the requisite canned green beans. Skip them and opt for another option.

02/01/26. @ lunch on Sunday. A group of 30 for a 50th Anniversary party.
The staff was amazing, the young female manager was very helpful, had a wonderful attitude and excellent people skills, the girls that brought rolls and ice cream around were the best.
Food was excellent.
The staff made sure that all the members of the party were well taken care of..
It was a busy day and the line went quickly and the staff handled everything exceptional.

We had my son’s first birthday party on a Sunday. Usually they don’t reserve on Sundays because it’s their busiest, which is understandable. Yet they tended to us as if we had reserved that day.The staff made us feel welcomed and catered to us 100%. Friendly staff! I recommend this location.
