The girl with the neck tattoo had a poor attitude at the window and looked like she didn’t want to be at work. I also received a hot americano after ordering an iced americano. I did not receive whole milk in my americano despite ordering it with whole milk. What happened to the great service? I won’t be coming back.

Every time I get the chance to stop at this location has been great customer service. Today we were helped by Joshua in the drive thru. He was kind and courteous. Very nice experience. The food items were great and the drinks are always on point.

I just left the location . I order a vanilla chia latte with ( extra) cinnamon . the person who made my drank understood the assignment. I will diffently be coming back to this location. I LOVED the little note on the cup!

This location doesn’t have restrooms for the public nor does their lobby have any chairs or tables. Very inhospitable. Should be a drive thru location only. Not sure why they even have a lobby since they can’t accommodate any guests.

Girl in there was upset our order had 3 drinks, the store was empty for 20 minutes so idk what she’s complaining about. Saying we need to order 10 mins ahead, how about you do your job ? Nobody forcing you to work there, if you hate it quit lmfao !! Then made the drinks all messy. Then it took her 15 mins for an iced latte? With no orders and no customers outside ? And it was watered down when she brought it out ?
Worst Starbucks ever. No seating, indoor or outdoor. Not going to just stand there for half an hour sipping coffee so had to forfeit my free refill. No restrooms. Plus, road construction made it painful to get there and even more painful to leave given my next destination. They should move the store somewhere else.

This place has the nicest staff! Always kind and love their personalized messages or pix on my cups. They are also very consistent with their coffee! Some Starbucks are a hit and miss but this location always makes excellent drinks. Their Pike roast is so good.
