They really friendly and i been order here very long time , almost everyday with the same drink . Im loyal customer . But they make my drink tasted like water cuz too much milk in my coffee . U guys know why i have order extra espresso just in a grande cup ( 4 shots -5 shots) ??? Just because i want my coffee taste strong . I gave them many chance to remade it but so dissapointed . I love here cuz they very friendly and lovely . I have to leave this review just hopping they can make it better , cuz i still wanna come back but i dont know how to let them know what i want???? i want a cup of coffee to start my day , not a cup of milk or water . Please make it better to make customer come back

Order ahead 20 and get there no drinks me thinking they are still work on it 10 later no they tell me no someone else took your drink ? we will do one for you another 10 and nothing. Employees talking to each other and playing. End up just walk out and wasting my time .
