This location can generally be quick except during training. Today I don’t know what the deal was, I waited way too long for a simple cold brew. Also. Your attitude means so much even thru the mic when ordering , so when the employee has a bunk attitude it comes off rude and ruins the experience and can change our attitude. Time is limited and attitudes go so far.

I love this one. You can hit Target right down the road before or after. Plenty of seating and extremely upbeat staff. The option of to-go cups or for here cups eliminate some waste.

This place is getting worse since moved from across the street . I tried all kinds of lattes 10 times maybe more than . All lattes taste water what a waste of money

I only buy the Lemon Loaf. The cake was expired per their lable June 09, 2025. When I asked why the cake looked cracked, the owner said they were all like that and it was fine.

This location never fails to make me upset, over the simplest thing too. I always get the easiest thing on their menu and yet they manage to somehow do a very poor job on it. A strawberry açaí refresher with water and light ice, how hard can that be ? I get a drink that tastes like water, hardly any flavor and no inclusions which should be included because that’s how the drink comes unless you ask for none, which wasn’t my case. What could be the problem at this location ??

The customer service could be a lot better, there is no sense of enjoying their job. However, what my problem is. it's the price increase on the same coffee. This location chargers you 35-50 cents more on the same drink, you could order at their Beltline & Campbell location. I see why the line is wrapped around at Dutch Bros, less expensive coffee and there bubbly staff. So disappointed as I go to Starbucks EVERYMORNING!!

They are very unprofessional and very rude … I came in the store around 5:30am to buy me a cup of ice water to take my medicine that I forgot to take before I left my house…. I got put out instead of them explaining why … It’s too early in the day to have such a nasty attitude towards someone that’s in need … Then to top it off I really felt like I was treated differently because I’m African American … The Manager on duty along with the crew that works early mornings shifts

The worst starbucks ever! Ricky is completely unprofessional and an awful representation of Starbucks. My drink was wrong and they refunded to the wrong card. I understand mistakes happen so it wasn't a big deal at all.This super small interaction/issue was completely blew out of proportion by Ricky (although he had nothing to do with it) to the point other staff had to jump in and apologize for his behavior and even offered me a free beverage. They did their best to makeup for his behavior but the damage was already done.
