It seems they have new staff that don’t know how to make coffee. Every time I order the Oleato shaken espresso, it comes out different in how it looks and tastes. If I pay more than 7$, it should be perfect and consistent every time. Maybe they need to train their staff more.

The store itself is a good environment, but they've messed up my coffee order the last two times. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and me coffee had cinnamon in it. If they don't have the chestnut praline anymore, they need to remove it from the website. This time I ordered a flat white with vanilla syrup and they didn't put the 4 pumps in vanilla in my coffee.

Terrible service and when asked about the ETA of my order I wasn’t just looked at with no response. Waited over 15 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready.

I tried double shots of espresso at Starbucks of the different location and stopped going to Starbucks after that.This cafe on 2630 Arapaho Rd., in Garland, Texas is making the best espresso. I am back on track!The girls who work there are also amazing. I lost my wallet, and Jane and Valeria hold it for me for two days!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ! Tonight around 6:30p was the WORST experience of ever in the drive-thru line.. I go to Starbuck’s literally everyday and one of my drinks was the incorrect size.. I told the manager kindly that I asked for grande on my last drink.. she was very sweet and offered to correct my order without me asking BUT when she walked off to go remake the drink , a heavy set white guy sticks his head out the drive-thru window and tells me “NEXT TIME CHECK THE SCREEN WHEN YOU ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT SO WE DONT HAVE TO KEEP REMAKING DRINKS!” I told him to rewind the cameras back to hear me clearly say I wanted “Grande” size.. he tells me “WE DONT HAVE CAMERAS JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE SCREEN!” very aggressively & walked away and mouth off something to the manager… I told the manager that he was extremely rude .. THIS GUY IS A PROBLEM & NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.. I also see other posts from others about his behavior.. but however, the manager apologized but I WILL NOT be back to this location again

Slowest Starbucks ever!!! Customer service is a joke. The guy who takes order for the drive through just stood there and watched his coworkers make the drinks when there’s a long line waiting !

Don't ever come to this Starbucks location ever, I’ve never seen any worse Starbucks just like this location. Firstly, about the attitude forward to customers of the barista, They always have an extremely condescending attitude. They got my coffee so wrong and so sweet, and I was kindly ask them to make the drink again for me because it is so sweet. A barista with blonde hair and a chubby body used a bossy and unpleasant attitude when asking me back what I wanted. I paid for the drink, I didn't ask for the drink for free. They should not have to treat people like that. Please don't ever come to this place anymore

Today Sunday 12/10/2023. around 1:40pm.I hardly ever leave a bad feedback about any business. I've been come to this Starbucks since they was on the old location, like more than 10 years. Today I have the worst experience ever, the store not busy at all, 2 employees keep talking to each other while I'm waiting for my mobile order for nearly 20 minutes (I did ordered on my app before I come pick up). When I ask them can you make my order, they got angry with me, and their manager JANE even asked me to leave. I'm 100% don't say anything cross the line or any bad words at all. you don't have to believe in my one side story, but it's truth. This store is getting worse when they hired a bundle of kids, teenagers working here, they clearly don't have any customer service skills, or a good attitude when working. I'm feeling sorry for this location.

I was a Starbucks partner for over 5 years. Take it from me, this is one of the worst Starbucks stores to visit in the area. The partners are rude, the store manager is rude, and the service is unbelievably slow. I'm the fool for continuing to go here, but it's the closest location to me. They've messed up my drinks well over 20 times (not exaggerating), never an apology, and have always had to argue with the partner at the window to get it fixed. Went again this morning because I had a bad night and wanted a pick me up. The barista handed us our hot drink without a sleeve, it was supposed to be a triple tall hot white mocha and they handed us a grande. When I said something the barista simply said, "oh yeah, I think she just made a grande", and then turned around and walked away in the middle of me talking. We order the coffee as a triple tall so the espresso flavor is stronger and there's obviously more milk in a grande, so it literally tastes different. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but treat your patrons with some sort of respect. If you're that unhappy with your job, literally just go somewhere else. No job is perfect, but you don't have to be rude. Just don't come to this location, the one off of belt line and plano road is way better.

Don't ever come here if you're in a hurry. Seriously. Just don't. One of the few Starbucks I've EVER been to that has a guaranteed 10-15+ minute wait in the drive through. Timed them this time: I pulled in at 4:41 pm, waited for the people ahead of me, placed my order at 4:51pm, got to the window annnnnd my drink was made incorrectly, wanted iced, I received a hot, so had to wait for them to correct it and finally left the drive through at 5:00pm. I'm sorry, are these peak hours? 4:41pm on a Sunday? C Team Starbucks work I swear.
